Ramadan: During Ramadan, Salik publishes different time windows: weekday peak is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at AED 6; off-peak is 7:00–9:00 AM and 5:00 PM–2:00 AM at AED 4; 2:00–7:00 AM is AED 0. Sunday remains AED 4 during chargeable hours, subject to the published public-holiday/event treatment.
Example: a route that avoids Salik has no Salik crossing charge. A route that crosses one gate is charged once at the applicable tariff; a return journey may cross the same or other gates again. We confirm this from the planned route before finalising the quote.
A 12–15 seat van, 18–30 seat minibus and 40–50 seat coach use different guide bands even on the same road.
Dubai Marina to JLT is not priced the same operationally as Mirdif to Jebel Ali; the exact pickup and drop-off set the route.
