Tell us the trip. We will match the vehicle and quote the route.
Send us your pickup point, destination, travel date, timing and passenger count. We will match the right bus, minibus or van to your route, confirm what the quote includes, and tell you upfront if Salik, parking, permits, waiting time or any other trip detail changes the price.
You do not need to know the vehicle size before asking. Give us the trip details and we will recommend the practical option for your group.
GET A BUS RENTAL QUOTEFor the fastest reply, include your pickup location, destination, date, required timing and passenger count in the first message.
You should be able to see the likely budget before you send an enquiry. Start with the guide rates below, then tell us your route, timing and passenger count. We will price the actual trip instead of forcing your journey into a one-size-fits-all package.
These are guide ranges for planning, not fixed offers. Your final quotation is based on the selected vehicle, pickup and destination, service hours, mileage, date, waiting time and any route-specific costs.
Small groups, family travel, airport transfers and compact business movements.
Corporate teams, staff movements, event shuttles and medium-size private groups.
Large groups, conferences, weddings, delegations and inter-emirate journeys.
If you already know the kind of trip you need, use this table to narrow the budget. You can still send us the journey without choosing a vehicle—we will recommend the practical size before you book.
| Vehicle | Half day — 5 hrs | Full day — 10 hrs | DXB / DWC transfer | Dubai → Abu Dhabi full day | Dubai → Abu Dhabi one way | One way within Dubai | Other UAE city / day |

Airport guide rates show airport parking separately where indicated. Exact airport, intercity and event pricing depends on terminal or venue access, waiting time, passenger luggage, route timing and the final service scope.
Monthly transport is priced around how you actually operate: working days, trips per day, hours, route, mileage and whether fuel is included. If your staff move in shifts or from more than one pickup point, tell us that from the start so we can quote the correct vehicle and operating pattern.
Useful for smaller teams, recurring pickup and drop-off, and compact routes.
A practical range for medium-size staff movements and regular contract transport.
Large-bus contracts vary more sharply with mileage, shifts, route access, driver requirements and operating hours, so we quote the actual project.
Send the pickup points, destination, staff count, service days per week, trip timings, expected hours per day and whether you need fuel included. We will then quote the vehicle, driver arrangement and route on the same scope you intend to operate.
We do not want you comparing two prices that cover different things. Your quotation should make the operating scope clear before you confirm the booking.
Send us the route, date, timing and passenger count. We will turn the guide range into a quotation for your actual trip.
You do not need to know the model name before you contact us. Start with your passenger count, luggage and journey. We will show you the smallest practical vehicle that keeps the group comfortable—then you can compare the exact fleet options before you book.
A vehicle advertised with 15, 30 or 50 seats does not always mean every seat should be occupied. Airport luggage, child seats, equipment, staff bags or a preference for extra space can reduce the practical passenger count.
The same passenger count can require two completely different vehicles once luggage is added. A 15-person airport group with large suitcases may need more space than a 20-person staff shuttle carrying only small bags.
Use the filters to compare categories, capacities and vehicle models. Prices are guide ranges that stay consistent with the homepage pricing section; the final quote still follows your route and service scope.
Compare medium buses, luxury coaches and high-capacity staff buses before choosing a specific size.
Broad category guide; exact rate follows the selected bus size and route.
For medium groups that want easier city access without moving into a full-size coach.
Dubai guide range; model and route determine the final figure.
For families, compact teams, airport transfers and recurring small-group movement.
Without-driver pricing applies only to eligible passenger vans and is quoted separately from chauffeur service.
Best when you want one vehicle for a family, executives or a small private group.
Use passenger count plus luggage—not seat count alone—to choose this class.
A flexible size for family groups, smaller staff teams and airport transfers.
Without-driver availability depends on the exact van, rental dates and driver eligibility.
A useful bridge between high-roof vans and Coaster-class minibuses.
Without-driver option is limited to eligible van configurations, not bus-class vehicles.
For corporate groups, staff transport, event shuttles and medium-size private groups.
Fits the same pricing band already used in the homepage short-term guide.
For conferences, medium staff groups, city tours and event movements needing more cabin room.
Exact model, luxury level and route affect where the quote lands in this range.
For larger event groups, delegations and inter-emirate travel where coach comfort matters.
Premium coach specification and route length are major price drivers.
For conferences, weddings, large tours and guest movements that need one full-size coach.
Dubai full-day guide remains within the previously published 40–50+ coach range.
For workforce movement, large shifts and recurring company transport.
Monthly/shift contracts are normally better value than repeating daily hires.
For very large workforce movements where seat volume matters more than luggage storage.
AC/non-AC specification, shift pattern and route mileage materially change contract pricing.
A familiar choice for staff routes, airport groups, city tours and medium-size events.
Model-specific guide stays inside the 22–30 seater homepage price band.
Useful when you need more seats than a Coaster while retaining a compact bus footprint.
Rate varies by seating layout, condition/specification and route scope.
A practical passenger van for airport transfers, family groups and small staff movements.
Without-driver guide is separated from chauffeur pricing and depends on eligible rental stock.
For executive groups that want a more premium van/minibus cabin.
Executive conversions can price above standard Hiace/high-roof van classes.
For groups that value easier boarding, upright cabin space and practical city use.
Without-driver option depends on the registered passenger-van configuration available.
For eligible renters who want the van only and will provide their own licensed driver.
This is a separate rental mode. Driver, fuel, Salik and operating service are not bundled into the without-driver rate.
For van bookings that start in Dubai but operate across multiple Emirates.
Inter-emirate mileage and permit requirements can move the quote above a Dubai-only day rate.
For high-capacity staff and labour transport where durability and seat count are the priority.
AC/non-AC body, route, shifts and contract scope determine the exact rate.
For premium group transport, conferences, tours and intercity journeys.
Coach size and cabin specification determine whether it prices in the 35-seat or 50-seat band.
For large private groups, conferences, events and long-distance coach work.
Use the exact coach model and passenger count for a firm quote.
Price guide: Hourly figures are planning guides and normally require a minimum booking period. Daily figures follow the same Dubai rate bands already published above. Weekly figures are guide packages, not a promise of identical daily hours. Without-driver pricing is shown only where Royal Dream can offer an eligible van configuration.
Images: Vehicle visuals are served from Royal Dream's local fleet image library. Exact model year, body, seating layout, interior specification and assigned vehicle can vary by availability. Force/Tempo Traveller is not listed because it is not part of the offered fleet.
When you rent a bus with driver in Dubai, the driver is not an add-on at the last minute. For our chauffeur-operated buses, minibuses and coaches, the driver is assigned around the vehicle, route and duty you confirm. You tell us where the group starts, where it needs to go, when people must arrive and any stops in between; we turn that into a service brief before dispatch.
A useful bus hire with driver is more than sending a vehicle to a map pin. The driver needs a route that can actually be operated, a realistic reporting time and clear instructions for the people, airport, hotel, workplace or venue involved.
Pickup point, destination, date, reporting time, passenger count, luggage, return plan and confirmed stops are recorded before the duty. Airport terminal, hotel entrance, event gate or staff accommodation details should be included where relevant.
For a fixed pickup, we work to the reporting time in your booking. If the meeting point has access restrictions or a designated bus holding area, tell us in advance so the driver can approach the correct location instead of losing time at the wrong entrance.
An extra stop, changed destination, extended waiting period or late finish can change distance, tolls, parking or duty time. Contact the operations team before changing the itinerary so we can confirm whether the same vehicle and driver can continue on the revised scope.
For return journeys and recurring staff routes, we record the pickup sequence and timings as part of the service. If headcount, pickup points or shift timing changes, send the revision before the next movement so the route and vehicle requirement can be checked again.
The driver may be included while route costs are handled differently from one booking to another. We show the treatment in the quotation so you can compare the total service scope, not just the vehicle rate.
Short trips and daily hire may be quoted with fuel, while some monthly contracts are priced without fuel. Your quotation states the fuel basis before confirmation.
Dubai Salik uses variable toll pricing, so the toll cost can depend on when the bus passes a toll gate. We confirm whether Salik is included in your rate or charged separately for the agreed route.
Airport, hotel, exhibition and venue parking is not the same everywhere. If a location charges bus parking or access fees, we identify whether that cost is included, estimated or payable at actual cost.
Your quote defines the booked hours or trip scope. Waiting beyond that scope, a late finish or added stops can create overtime; the applicable treatment is confirmed before the booking is accepted.
Passenger transport by rented buses is a regulated commercial transport activity in Dubai. We assign the driver and operating documentation required for the vehicle and confirmed service; cross-emirate or special operating scopes may require additional permits.
If a cost can change because of your route, timing or venue, it should not be hidden behind the words bus with driver. We state the treatment before you confirm.
Tell us the pickup, destination, date, time, passenger count and return plan. We will confirm the practical vehicle, driver arrangement and the exact treatment of fuel, Salik, parking and overtime.
Need a bus for a few hours, one day, several days or a recurring route? Tell us how often your passengers need to move, when the vehicle should report and finish, and whether the route repeats. We will shape the rental period around the journey instead of forcing a short trip into a monthly plan or a recurring operation into separate day-by-day bookings.
Use a part-day booking when you need the vehicle for a limited time window rather than a full day. Tell us the pickup, destination, reporting time and expected release time. Our current Dubai price guide uses a 5-hour half-day as a planning reference; the final quote still follows the actual route and service scope.
Daily hire works well for events, airport movements, private groups, intercity days and one-off staff transport. A 10-hour full-day is one of our current planning references; waiting, extra stops or longer operating hours are confirmed in the quotation before you book.
Choose a weekly or multi-day arrangement when the same group needs transport across several days. Send the date range and each day's timings or route changes so we can coordinate the vehicle and driver as one service scope instead of treating every day as an unrelated request.
For regular staff, corporate or scheduled passenger movement, we price the service around working days, trips or shifts, daily hours, route, mileage and the agreed fuel and route-cost treatment. Contract arrangements can also define service continuity and backup expectations.
If the journey is temporary, start with the time you need the vehicle rather than trying to choose a monthly package. We can quote a single transfer, a defined part-day window, a full day or a coordinated multi-day movement.
Reporting time and expected release time help us price the actual operating window and identify waiting or overtime before confirmation.
A direct pickup-and-drop request is different from keeping a bus available for several stops. Tell us which movement you actually need so the quote matches the job.
For several consecutive days, send all dates and any changing timings or destinations. We can review the complete movement instead of making you rebuild the same request every day.
Only need one journey? Ask for the trip you need. You do not have to book a full day simply because the vehicle is available for full-day hire.
Recurring transport is quoted from the operating pattern, not by multiplying a daily rate by the number of days. The clearer the route and schedule, the more accurately we can size the vehicle, driver coverage and recurring service plan.
Useful when you want a recurring service priced and managed on a monthly operating cycle with a defined route and schedule.
Useful when the recurring service needs a documented longer-term scope covering routes, service pattern, responsibilities and agreed operating terms.
For a quick response, send your pickup, destination, passenger count, date or service period and the required timings. If the route repeats, include the working days and number of trips or shifts.
Choose the service by how your passengers actually need to move—not by the name of a vehicle. A staff route, airport arrival, conference shuttle, family transfer and school movement can use similar seat capacities, but the timetable, driver arrangement, luggage, access, permit checks and pricing basis are different. Each card below shows the practical vehicle fit, driver mode, current homepage price reference and the information we need to quote the service correctly.
Use these options for office teams, worker/staff routes, fixed pick-and-drop, industrial/free-zone operations, long-term contracts and regulated student transport. The key inputs are the peak passenger count, pickup sequence, destination, service days, shifts/timings, route mileage and operating authority.
For meetings, office teams, business visitors and company movements that need one coordinated vehicle instead of several separate cars.
Existing full-day guide: 12–15 seat van AED 750–800; 18–30 seat minibus AED 899–999; 40–50 seat coach AED 1,199–1,999. Recurring office routes move to a monthly/contract quote.
For recurring employee transport in Dubai, RTA's rented-bus activity is contract-based: the beneficiary/operator scope, loading and unloading points, operating bus and professional driver permits must align with the service. One-off office, hotel or venue movements can also have property-specific vehicle registration or parking rules.
Passenger count, pickup points, office/venue, reporting time, return time, service days and luggage/equipment.
For repeat employee movement where punctual pickup, shift changes, route discipline and service continuity matter more than a one-off sightseeing-style itinerary.
Existing monthly guide: 18–34 seat minibus AED 10,000–13,500; 35–50+ seat coach is project quote. Smaller 7–15 seat recurring routes are AED 8,500–11,500/month in the current guide.
Dubai passenger transport by rented buses is a regulated, contract-based activity. RTA requires operating buses to be registered/permitted for the activity and drivers to meet the professional permit/training requirements; inter-emirate routes can add another authority or temporary permit layer.
Staff headcount by shift, accommodation/pickup points, worksite, service days, shift start/end times and expected route mileage.
For factories, warehouses, construction support, industrial areas and free-zone routes where gate timing, site access and shift reliability can change the operating plan.
Usually a project/monthly quote. Use the current 18–34 seat AED 10,000–13,500/month guide only when the route and operating scope genuinely match; high-capacity staff buses are quoted to the project.
Transport permits follow the operating emirate and route. Separately, industrial sites/free zones may require driver ID, vehicle registration, gate passes, induction, designated staging or other security controls before the bus can enter.
Peak shift headcount, camp/accommodation, site gate, shift roster, working days, gate-access rules and any driver/site-pass requirements.
For repeat or one-way pickup and drop-off within Dubai when passengers need a defined route, reporting time and return pattern.
Current one-way Dubai guide: 7–10 seat AED 450–500; 12–15 seat AED 450–599; 18–30 seat AED 599–799; 33–35 seat AED 650–850; 40–50 seat AED 699–1,099. Recurring routes can move to monthly pricing.
Fixed recurring passenger transport should be quoted under the applicable licensed activity. Route changes, extra stops, tolls and building access can alter the operating scope.
Pickup point(s), destination, exact reporting time, return time, days per week, passenger count and whether the route repeats.
For scheduled pickup and drop-off in Abu Dhabi when the service needs a repeat timetable rather than an on-demand taxi-style movement.
Route quote. The Dubai one-way figures above are not automatically applied to Abu Dhabi. Monthly pricing is built from vehicle size, working days, operating hours, route mileage and permit scope.
We confirm the applicable Abu Dhabi passenger-transport and inter-emirate requirements before service. Site or building access may be separate.
Pickup sequence, destination, passenger count, service days, trip times, monthly mileage estimate and access constraints.
For recurring Sharjah pickup and drop-off, including routes that may connect residential areas, industrial zones or Dubai-facing commutes.
Route quote. We do not copy the Dubai local one-way table into Sharjah; recurring pricing follows actual mileage, days, operating hours and the selected vehicle.
Sharjah and cross-emirate operations can require different authority permits. We confirm the permit route before pricing the final scope.
Pickup areas, destination, passenger count, days per week, reporting/return times and whether the route crosses emirates.
For repeat passenger movement in Ajman where a fixed timetable and vehicle allocation are more useful than ad-hoc daily bookings.
Route/monthly quote based on actual mileage and operating time. Dubai local one-way rates are not presented as Ajman prices.
Ajman permit and any cross-emirate requirement are checked against the operating route before confirmation.
Pickup point(s), destination, headcount, days, shifts/timings, route mileage and any site-access requirement.
For recurring pickup and drop-off in Umm Al Quwain or routes connecting UAQ accommodation and workplaces to nearby emirates.
Route/monthly quote. Vehicle, mileage, daily hours, number of service days and inter-emirate movement decide the final rate.
We confirm the current local and cross-emirate operating requirements for the actual route rather than applying a generic Dubai permit assumption.
Pickup point, destination, passengers, service days, trip times, route pattern and cross-emirate requirement.
For a bus or van that follows an agreed recurring operating plan over a month or longer, with route, hours and responsibilities documented in advance.
Current monthly guide: 7–15 seat vans/MPVs AED 8,500–11,500; 18–34 seat minibuses AED 10,000–13,500; 35–50+ seat coaches are project quote.
Long-term passenger transport should clearly define the beneficiary, route, vehicle and operating scope. Required authority permits are checked against the operating emirate and any inter-emirate movement.
Working days, pickup sequence, destination, passengers, trips/shifts, daily operating hours, mileage and whether fuel/route costs should be included.
SEPARATE COMPLIANCE
For student transport only when the correct school-transport vehicle, operation and personnel requirements are in place. This is not treated as an ordinary staff-bus booking.
Compliance/project quote. The standard staff or monthly bus ranges on this homepage are not presented as school-transport prices because the vehicle, personnel and regulatory scope are different.
Dubai school transport is a separate regulated activity: a purpose-compliant school bus, operating permit, school-bus driver permit and supervisor permit where applicable are required. RTA currently lists AED 200 for issuing/renewing each of the school-bus operating, driver and supervisor permits; driver qualification also includes a UAE bus licence, RTA training/test and medical/record requirements.
School/nursery details, student count and ages, pickup areas, route, timings, term/service period, required supervision and authority documentation.
Use these options for airport and hotel groups, conferences, weddings, venue shuttles, charters, private/family journeys and premium or specialist movements. Luggage, flight/venue timing, staging, waiting time, vehicle presentation and access instructions often matter as much as seat count.
For coordinated arrivals and departures where terminal, flight time, luggage and waiting time matter as much as passenger count.
Current airport guide: 7–10 seat AED 400–450 + parking; 12–15 seat AED 450–500 + parking; 18–30 seat AED 599–699 + parking; 33–35 seat AED 650–750 + parking; 40–50 seat AED 699–999 + parking.
Terminal access, commercial pickup/drop-off points and parking depend on the airport, vehicle and operating licence. For qualifying vehicles/operators licensed outside Dubai, RTA Naqel rules can affect entry into Dubai and airport pickup eligibility, so we confirm the exact terminal and operator/vehicle basis before promising collection.
Airport/terminal, flight number and scheduled arrival/departure, hotel/destination, passenger count, adult/child mix where relevant, number/size of bags, meet time and any name-board or coordinator requirement.
For moving guests, delegates or staff between hotels, parking hubs, venues and multiple pickup points on a controlled event schedule.
Current full-day guide: 18–30 seat minibus AED 899–999; 33–35 seat luxury bus AED 999–1,399; 40–50 seat coach AED 1,199–1,999. Parking, venue access and overtime are quoted separately where applicable.
The transport operator still needs the applicable passenger-transport authority coverage for the route. Separately, the organiser or venue may require coach parking allocation, vehicle/driver registration, passes, loading windows or a designated staging point.
Event date, venue(s), hotel/pickup hubs, guest count by wave, first/last movement, bus staging/parking instructions, luggage/equipment and organiser contact.
For repeated short or medium-distance loops where the vehicle cycles between fixed points instead of completing one simple pickup and drop-off.
Use the existing daily guide for the selected vehicle when the shuttle fits a part/full-day window; longer recurring loops are quoted as a project or contract. 18–30 seat full day is AED 899–999; 40–50 seat is AED 1,199–1,999.
We check the passenger-transport authority requirement for the route and any hotel, campus, compound or event access rules. Repeated loops also need a realistic cycle time that includes boarding, traffic and driver-hour limits rather than only the road distance.
Loop stops, distance, first/last departure, desired frequency, passengers per wave, service hours and access/staging points.
For groups that want one dedicated coach and driver for a defined itinerary, transfer, full day or multi-day programme.
Current guide: 33–35 seat luxury bus AED 899–999 half day / AED 999–1,399 full day; 40–50 seat coach AED 999–1,599 half day / AED 1,199–1,999 full day.
Permit requirements follow the operating licence, route and emirate. Inter-emirate journeys, venue parking/staging and special access are checked before confirmation; waiting and overtime are then stated in the final scope.
Passenger count, itinerary, pickup, stops, destination, luggage, reporting time, expected release time and travel dates.
For families and private groups that want to travel together without splitting passengers, luggage and timing across several cars.
Current full-day guide: 7–10 seat AED 650–750; 12–15 seat AED 750–800. Airport guide: AED 400–450 and AED 450–500 respectively, plus parking. Larger groups move into minibus pricing.
Managed passenger transport is provided under the applicable licensed service. A without-driver option is considered only for an eligible passenger-van rental and suitable renter/document profile; it is not assumed for minibuses or coaches.
Adults/children, passenger count, child-seat requirement if any, pickup, destination, date/timing, number and size of bags, and whether you want driver-operated service or to ask about an eligible self-drive van.
For groups that want coach-scale capacity with a higher comfort/presentation requirement than a basic staff-bus movement.
Current standard luxury-bus guide: 33–35 seat AED 999–1,399 full day; 40–50 seat AED 1,199–1,999 full day. A specific premium model or upgraded interior may be quoted above the standard category guide.
The passenger-transport authority requirement follows the operating route; hotels, convention venues and VIP access points may separately request vehicle and driver details in advance.
Group size, preferred comfort level, itinerary, luggage, event/hotel details, reporting time and release time.
For smaller groups that want a more private or executive vehicle than a full-size bus.
Existing standard guide: 7–10 seat AED 500–550 half day / AED 650–750 full day; 12–15 seat AED 650–700 half day / AED 750–800 full day. Premium models can be higher and are quoted by actual vehicle.
With-driver premium movement follows the applicable passenger-transport service. Without-driver is considered only where the specific passenger van is offered on an eligible rental basis and the renter/document checks are satisfied.
Passenger count, bags, preferred vehicle style, pickup, destination, date, timing and driver/self-drive preference.
For senior guests and business groups where presentation, privacy, itinerary control and direct coordination matter.
Premium vehicle quote. The standard 7–15 seat and luxury coach ranges on this homepage are only a baseline; the actual executive model, standby time and itinerary decide the rate.
Hotel, airport, venue and security teams can request vehicle/driver details, guest manifests or reporting instructions in advance. We align those access requirements with the transport authority requirement for the route.
Guest count, names/manifest if required, flight/hotel/venue details, itinerary, luggage, protocol/security instructions and standby time.
CONFIRM AVAILABILITY
For celebrations that specifically require a purpose-built party-bus format rather than a normal coach with decorative expectations added later.
Specialist vehicle quote. Do not apply the standard coach guide automatically because interior configuration, vehicle availability, operating time and event requirements can differ materially.
This is confirmed only against an actually available specialist vehicle and its legal operating basis. Route, passenger-transport authority coverage, venue rules and any vehicle-specific restrictions are checked before the service is offered.
Date, passenger count, pickup/drop, operating hours, route, celebration type and exact vehicle/interior expectation.
Send the passenger count, pickup point(s), destination, date or service days, reporting/return times, luggage or shift/event details and any airport, hotel, site or venue access instructions. We will recommend the practical vehicle and driver arrangement, confirm the permit/access scope and quote the same pricing basis used elsewhere on this homepage.
Tell us the exact pickup and drop-off—not just “Dubai”. We regularly plan group transport across business districts, residential communities, hotels, industrial zones and major event areas, and the route itself affects the practical vehicle, reporting time and final price. If both points are inside Dubai, we normally keep the job on a Dubai-compliant operating setup; if the movement crosses an emirate boundary, we check the additional route and permit scope before confirmation.
For a Dubai-to-Dubai booking, send the building, hotel, community, gate or staff accommodation—not only the district name. A Marina hotel pickup, a JAFZA gate, a Business Bay tower and an Al Quoz warehouse can have very different loading access even when the passenger count is identical. We use the same Dubai one-way guide already shown in the pricing section, then confirm the exact route, vehicle, timing and access before you book.
Looking for bus rental near you in Dubai? Tell us the real pickup building, community or gate. Our Dubai transport service is planned around the passenger movement—not a neighbourhood keyword—so Dubai Marina, Deira, Al Quoz, Jebel Ali and every other covered area use one consistent pricing method instead of separate “area prices.”
These are the same one-way-within-Dubai ranges already published above on this homepage. They are vehicle bands—not fixed district-to-district fares—and are shown here only to help you budget a local pickup/drop-off.
| Vehicle | One way within Dubai | Practical fit |
|---|---|---|
| 7–10 Seater Car / MPV | AED 450–500 | Small families, executives and compact groups |
| 12–15 Seater Van | AED 450–599 | Families, small teams and group airport travel |
| 18–30 Seater Minibus | AED 599–799 | Corporate teams, event shuttles and medium groups |
| 33–35 Seater Luxury Bus | AED 650–850 | VIP groups, conferences, events and premium tours |
| 40–50 Seater Luxury Coach | AED 699–1,099 | Large events, conferences, delegations and big groups |
Use the Dubai one-way band for the selected vehicle; parking, waiting and exact loading point can change the quote.
Use the Dubai one-way band; peak traffic and hotel/tower loading time can push the service toward the upper end.
Use the Dubai one-way band; warehouse gate access, waiting and extra stops are priced to the actual job.
Use the Dubai one-way band; vehicle size and pickup access matter more than the district name alone.
Use the Dubai one-way band; exact community gate and hotel/marina drop-off access are confirmed first.
Use the Dubai one-way band; route timing, Salik exposure and waiting can affect the final figure.
Use the Dubai one-way band; multi-pickup staff routes are quoted separately from a simple one-way transfer.
Use the Dubai one-way band only for a simple transfer. Recurring staff/site operations are usually quoted monthly or by project.
Salik is not a fixed “Dubai area fee”. It applies only when the agreed route crosses a Salik toll gate, and the number of crossings depends on the actual pickup, drop-off and route used. Where Salik is chargeable to your booking, we state that treatment in the quotation instead of hiding it inside an unrelated district price.
Ramadan: During Ramadan, Salik publishes different time windows: weekday peak is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at AED 6; off-peak is 7:00–9:00 AM and 5:00 PM–2:00 AM at AED 4; 2:00–7:00 AM is AED 0. Sunday remains AED 4 during chargeable hours, subject to the published public-holiday/event treatment.
Example: a route that avoids Salik has no Salik crossing charge. A route that crosses one gate is charged once at the applicable tariff; a return journey may cross the same or other gates again. We confirm this from the planned route before finalising the quote.
A 12–15 seat van, 18–30 seat minibus and 40–50 seat coach use different guide bands even on the same road.
Dubai Marina to JLT is not priced the same operationally as Mirdif to Jebel Ali; the exact pickup and drop-off set the route.
A direct one-way transfer is different from keeping the vehicle waiting, adding a return later, or extending into a half/full day.
One pickup and one drop are simpler than several staff accommodations, hotels or event hubs on the same movement.
Tolls, paid parking, airport/venue parking, gate passes or loading-bay restrictions are stated separately where they apply.
Peak-hour congestion can increase operating time, especially on cross-city or staff routes with strict reporting times.
Airport bags, equipment or a need for spare capacity can move the booking to a larger vehicle than headcount alone suggests.
Recurring employee transport, cross-emirate deployment and restricted sites can require extra operating documentation or permits.
The plate/emirate matters because a bus already operating under the correct Dubai activity is different from a bus licensed in another emirate entering Dubai. The customer normally does not apply for the operator permit; we check the legal operating route and tell you what contract or company documents we need from you.
For a simple local transfer: exact route, date/time, passenger/luggage details and access instructions. For recurring staff/company transport we may also need the beneficiary company trade-licence/contract details required for the operating file.
Operator licensing/vehicle/driver compliance is not presented as a new per-trip surcharge here. Your customer quote follows the existing route/vehicle pricing and states any permit, parking, toll or access item that is specifically chargeable to the job.
We first confirm who the contracting/beneficiary entity is licensed by, where passengers start and finish, whether they return the same day, and whether the requested route fits Naqel eligibility. Do not assume a non-Dubai plate is automatically the cheaper or easier choice.
If Naqel applies, the permit/driver fees below are operator-side regulatory costs. Whether any part is reflected in your quotation depends on the contract duration, vehicle band and service scope.
These figures explain the regulatory layer; they are not automatically added to every customer booking. RTA can update fees and portal rules, so the applicable fee is rechecked at the time of application.
| Duration | Band 1 | Band 2 | Band 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 week | AED 100 + 20 | AED 150 + 20 | AED 200 + 20 |
| 1 month | AED 225 + 20 | AED 275 + 20 | AED 350 + 20 |
| 6 months | AED 1,000 + 20 | AED 1,500 + 20 | AED 1,800 + 20 |
| 1 year | AED 2,000 + 20 | AED 2,500 + 20 | AED 3,000 + 20 |
RTA publishes three rented-bus passenger-capacity fee bands in its selector. The public page text exposes the amounts but not reliable labels for the three capacity bands, so we confirm the correct band inside the RTA portal before quoting the permit.
RTA currently states a AED 10,000 fine for transporting passengers in buses before obtaining the required Naqel permit in the applicable scenario.
Need to leave Dubai? We can quote one-way, return, full-day or recurring routes to other emirates. The booking still starts with passenger count, luggage, pickup, destination and timing, but we also confirm destination-emirate operating requirements, tolls/parking, driver hours and whether the vehicle returns the same day.
To avoid a second price system, these are the same intercity figures already used in the homepage pricing table.

| 7–10 Seater Car / MPV | AED 599–699 | AED 699–799 | AED 699–799 |

Dubai is our main operating market, but your booked bus does not have to stop at the Dubai border. We arrange private group transport from Dubai to all seven emirates and can also quote local or recurring work outside Dubai when the operating setup is suitable. Tell us the full route first: where the group starts, every agreed stop, the final destination, timing and whether the bus returns the same day.
This is private bus rental for your group, not a public bus and not a shared-seat car-lift service. The vehicle follows the pickup, drop-off and stops agreed before operation; new stops or route changes must be confirmed because they can change mileage, hours, tolls, parking and permit scope.
For Dubai-origin inter-emirate trips, use the intercity guide already shown above as the planning reference. A job that starts and finishes entirely in another emirate, or a recurring staff/contract route, is quoted to the actual operating plan rather than being forced into a Dubai local fare.
Our primary market for local private bus rental, recurring staff transport, corporate movements, events, airport groups and Dubai-origin inter-emirate journeys.
A practical option when your Dubai booking needs to continue to Abu Dhabi city, Yas Island, Khalifa City, Mussafah, KEZAD, Al Ain or another confirmed Abu Dhabi destination.
Useful for groups moving between Dubai and Sharjah residential, business, airport and industrial areas without splitting passengers into separate shared rides.
For Dubai-linked groups travelling to Ajman homes, offices, hotels, industrial sites or staff accommodation with a vehicle reserved for the booked group.
A good fit for pre-booked groups, staff and site movements where a Dubai pickup needs to continue to Umm Al Quwain city, industrial areas or a specific client location.
For longer Dubai-origin journeys to Ras Al Khaimah city, Al Hamra, Al Marjan Island, RAKEZ/industrial areas, hotels, venues and project locations.
For east-coast travel from Dubai to Fujairah City, port/industrial locations, Al Aqah hotels or another agreed destination with the bus kept for your group.
Send the pickup building or gate, destination, date, reporting time, passenger count, luggage and whether the trip is one-way, return or recurring. If the route crosses an emirate boundary, include the company/service context so we can check the correct operating and permit scope before we quote.
Travelling outside Dubai or moving a group between an airport, hotel, venue or company site? Tell us where the group starts, where it needs to finish, the passenger count, luggage, date and timing. Our bus rental Dubai service is planned around the complete private journey—not individual seats—so your pickup points, agreed stops, waiting time and return plan are confirmed before travel.
This is private bus, minibus or van hire for one booked group. It is not a public bus, shared car-lift or seat-by-seat service. Your vehicle follows the route confirmed in the quotation, and any extra pickup, hotel, venue or stop should be agreed before dispatch because it can change mileage, hours, access, tolls, parking and permit scope.
If your Dubai booking continues into another emirate, choose the journey pattern first. We can quote a direct one-way transfer, a booked return, a full-day vehicle on duty or a recurring company route. The vehicle size is then matched to your passengers, luggage, travel time and operating plan.
The bus collects your booked group at the agreed pickup point and finishes at the confirmed destination.
Tell us whether the vehicle waits or returns later. The operating plan and waiting time affect the quote.
Best when your group has several planned locations or needs the same vehicle available for a defined service window.
For staff or corporate transport, service days, trips, timings and approved pickup/drop points become part of the operating scope.
Two groups travelling from Dubai to Abu Dhabi can receive different quotations: one may need a direct one-way minibus, while another may need a 50-seat coach for ten hours with waiting and several planned stops.
We recommend the final vehicle after checking passengers and luggage, not passenger count alone.
These are planning ranges, not fixed route fares. They repeat the existing homepage figures so this section does not create a second pricing system.

| 12–15 Seater Van | AED 699–750 | AED 799–899 |
| 18–30 Seater Minibus | AED 899–999 | AED 999–1,299 |
| 33–35 Seater Luxury Bus | AED 950–1,050 | AED 1,099–1,399 |

For airport and hotel group transport, passenger count alone is not enough. We also need the airport, terminal if known, flight timing, luggage volume and final hotel or destination. That lets us choose a practical van, minibus or coach and explain parking, waiting and access before you confirm.
Passenger seating and luggage capacity are different. If every traveller has a large suitcase, we may recommend a larger vehicle even when a smaller one technically has enough passenger seats.
The vehicle reports at the time agreed in your quotation; tell us if the group needs an earlier reporting buffer.
Waiting treatment depends on the confirmed quotation, vehicle schedule and airport access. Share the flight number so the operating team can plan around the actual service.
Airport parking/access matters because a vehicle cannot wait indefinitely at the terminal. Dubai rented-bus arrival restrictions are handled separately as noted above.
Plan the hotel/venue departure backwards from your airline’s required check-in time and expected road conditions.
For hotel collections, send the hotel name, passenger count and required departure time. If the group is split across several hotels, list them in pickup order if known; otherwise we can assess the route and advise a practical sequence.
These existing guide rates apply to the Dubai airport-transfer pricing column and show parking separately. Inter-emirate airport journeys such as Dubai ↔ AUH or Dubai ↔ SHJ are route quotes, not this local airport band.
| Vehicle | DXB / DWC planning range |
|---|---|
| 7–10 Seater Car / MPV | AED 400–450 + parking |
| 12–15 Seater Van | AED 450–500 + parking |
| 18–30 Seater Minibus | AED 599–699 + parking |
| 33–35 Seater Luxury Bus | AED 650–750 + parking |
| 40–50 Seater Luxury Coach | AED 699–999 + parking |
Your quotation will state whether Salik/tolls, airport parking and route-specific charges are included or charged separately. Current Dubai Salik variable pricing is AED 6 per gate during weekday peak periods, AED 4 during off-peak chargeable periods and AED 0 during the published past-midnight window; the exact route determines whether a toll gate is crossed.
For the fastest quote, include every planned pickup and stop, final destination, travel date, reporting time, passenger count, luggage, one-way/return requirement and flight details where applicable.
When you book transport for employees, guests, family members or an event, the vehicle is only one part of the decision. You also need to know how the driver is assigned, whether the vehicle is ready for the job, what has been agreed in the route and quotation, and who coordinates the service if something changes. Royal Dream treats those operating details as part of the booking—not as questions to solve after the bus arrives.
If you are comparing a bus rental company in Dubai, look beyond the seat count. A reliable private bus service should give you a defined vehicle category, an eligible driver, an agreed route and timing, a clear commercial scope, and a practical plan for operational issues.
We confirm the vehicle category, pickup, destination, reporting time, planned stops, passenger count and return scope before the service operates. Your booking is for your group and agreed route—not an open-seat service collecting unrelated passengers along the way.
Route • timing • stops • passenger countFor chauffeur-operated bus and minibus work, the driver assignment is checked against the vehicle and the applicable passenger-transport requirements. Where a professional or authority permit is required, that forms part of the operating check before mobilisation.
Licence • assignment • permit scopeBefore dispatch, the operating team should be satisfied with practical road-readiness items such as tyres, lights, air-conditioning, cleanliness, fluids and required safety equipment. Scheduled servicing and maintenance remain separate from the customer journey so problems are handled before they become your problem.
Tyres • lights • AC • safety equipmentYour quotation should make the major operating scope visible: vehicle, driver arrangement, fuel treatment, service hours, Salik or toll treatment, parking, permit responsibility, waiting or overtime and applicable VAT. That makes it easier to compare two offers on the same basis.
Vehicle • hours • route costs • VATA professional bus company is more than a driver and a vehicle. Quotation, scheduling, vehicle allocation, driver assignment, route confirmation, permit coordination where applicable and service follow-up are coordinated around the confirmed booking.
Quote • schedule • allocation • follow-upFor corporate or staff movements, we can plan fixed routes, several shifts, multiple agreed pickup points, headcounts and contract schedules. Changes to passenger numbers, timings or route points are checked against vehicle capacity and operating scope rather than assumed automatically.
Shifts • headcount • route • scheduleThe exact checks vary with the service, but the operating plan should be clear before departure.
A breakdown should not leave your passengers wondering what happens next. If an assigned vehicle develops a major operational issue, the practical response is coordinated around the group size, service location, timing and replacement availability.
If a material vehicle issue is identified before departure, operations assess a suitable replacement before dispatch where availability allows.
The driver reports the issue and operations coordinate the practical recovery, replacement or continuation plan for the booked group.
Regular staff and corporate routes are planned with continuity in mind because one missed movement can affect an entire shift or site schedule.
A replacement is matched as closely as practical to passenger count, luggage and service need. Exact model or layout can depend on immediate fleet availability.
Operations assess replacement availability and suitability before the confirmed reporting time.
The driver informs operations so recovery or replacement can be coordinated around the passengers and location.
Another eligible driver is assessed where operationally possible and subject to the required vehicle/permit conditions.
Tell us as early as possible so driver hours, vehicle availability, waiting and any revised cost can be checked.
We re-check seating and luggage capacity instead of exceeding the practical or permitted vehicle load.
Additional pickup points, stops or destinations are confirmed before they become part of the service.
Safe bus rental is not one promise or one sticker. It comes from checking the driver, vehicle, documents and operating scope that apply to the actual journey. For Dubai passenger transport by rented bus, RTA regulates the activity and also sets professional-driver and vehicle safety requirements.
Correct driving licence/assignment for the vehicle, with the applicable professional or authority permit reviewed where required.
Roadworthiness and practical readiness are reviewed, including items such as tyres, lights, AC and required safety equipment.
The assigned vehicle must have the applicable motor insurance in place; the exact policy and operating requirements depend on the vehicle and service.
Pickup, destination, agreed stops, reporting time and return scope are confirmed rather than left open-ended.
Relevant passenger-transport, route or cross-emirate permit requirements are reviewed when they apply to the operating setup.
Passenger count and luggage are matched to practical vehicle capacity rather than selecting only by the advertised seat number.
A bus booking is not only a vehicle reservation. What matters is what happens behind it: choosing a vehicle that actually fits the passengers and luggage, assigning the job correctly, checking the route and operating requirements, and having a clear response if the plan changes. This is where our bus transportation service should make your journey easier before the vehicle even reports.
Tell us how many people are travelling, how much luggage they have, where the journey starts and finishes, and how you will use the vehicle. We match the group to the practical requirement instead of choosing only by the advertised seat number.
A 12–15 seater may technically seat the group, but airport-style luggage can make a larger van or minibus more practical. We check both people and bags before recommending the vehicle.
For a repeated staff movement, vehicle choice is checked against headcount, reporting time, pickup sequence, route repetition and the number of daily trips—not only one departure.
A 35-seater can suit some groups, but hotel collections, luggage, venue loading access and whether the bus remains on duty can make a larger coach the better operational choice.
Capacity is only the starting point. We also look at road and site access, loading or parking restrictions, journey distance, waiting time and whether several vehicles or one larger coach gives the cleaner plan.
A reliable private bus rental should fit the real trip—not force the trip to fit the first vehicle with enough seats.
Once you confirm the booking, the job moves from quotation into operations. That means the route, vehicle, driver, timing and contact details are checked as one service rather than left for the driver to figure out at pickup.
Date, pickup, destination, passengers, agreed stops and return scope are verified.
The vehicle is selected around capacity, luggage and the operating requirement.
The driver receives the confirmed service details and applicable operating instructions.
Pickup access, destination access, timing, inter-emirate needs and special instructions are considered.
The operating details and customer or group coordinator contact are confirmed before reporting.
If something changes, the driver and operations team have a defined escalation path.
If the assigned vehicle develops a significant mechanical or operational problem, we assess the fastest practical replacement or recovery option based on your passenger count, current location, route, timing and available fleet. For recurring transport, continuity planning becomes part of the service arrangement.
Replacement options are assessed before dispatch, subject to suitable fleet availability.
The driver informs operations and recovery or replacement is coordinated around the group and location.
We check seating and luggage capacity again instead of simply exceeding the planned vehicle load.
Driver hours, vehicle availability, waiting time and any revised cost are reviewed before confirmation.
The added stop is checked against route, timing, access and cost before it becomes part of the service.
Another eligible driver is considered where operationally possible and subject to the vehicle and permit conditions.
You tell us where the group needs to travel. We check the operating requirements that apply to the vehicle, driver and route before confirming the service. This matters especially for recurring company transport, cross-emirate work, airport movements and locations with controlled vehicle access.
Permit requirements depend on the operating emirate, vehicle or company licensing arrangement, service type and route. Where a permit, contract or supporting document is required, it should be checked before operation rather than treated as an afterthought.
For Dubai, RTA regulates passenger transport by rented buses. Where Naqel applies to qualifying other-emirate rented-bus operations, the approved route and pickup/drop-off points form part of the permit information.
Across customer feedback, the same practical details appear again and again. Those repeated themes help show what the service feels like in real operation—not just what we say about it.
Customers repeatedly mention drivers arriving on time or ahead of the agreed schedule.
Reviews frequently describe buses and vans as clean, comfortable and well maintained.
Customers mention quick replies, smooth WhatsApp coordination and clear booking communication.
Feedback highlights patient, courteous drivers, safe driving and good conduct with families and groups.
Customer experiences include several days of airport, activity, dinner, city and guest transport under one plan.
Reviews describe organised Dubai–Abu Dhabi and Dubai/Sharjah-linked group movements.
One customer described using a larger-capacity van for a group of ten so rear space could be used more comfortably for luggage. The itinerary also changed depending on whether the journey stayed in Dubai or extended to Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.
A multi-day guest movement covered airport transfers, activities, dinner transfers, city trips and other scheduled journeys. The operational value was one coordinated vehicle and driver arrangement across the itinerary.
Customer feedback specifically mentions clean AC vehicles, patient drivers, punctuality and calm handling of family travel with children—details that matter beyond seat count.
An Abu Dhabi day trip connected with events shows why reporting time, group coordination, vehicle capacity, route timing and return planning all need to work together.
We use brief excerpts here to support the operating points above; detailed testimonials can remain in the dedicated reviews area.
“Punctuality was maintained at all meeting points.”
“The bus was clean, the AC worked well, and the driver was professional.”
“He handled the booking smoothly, sent me all the necessary details in advance.”
“Responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful in coordinating our varied requirements.”
The clearer the operating information you give us, the more accurately we can match the vehicle, driver, route and quotation.
For recurring corporate transport or routes that require authority approval, the paperwork can involve company details, contracts, vehicle documents, driver documents and route/permit information. We confirm what is needed for the actual operating setup instead of asking you to guess which permit applies.
A changed headcount, extra stop, delayed meeting, new reporting time or different destination can affect capacity, driver hours, route cost or permit scope. Contact us as early as possible so the change can be checked and confirmed before the vehicle operates it.
Send the passenger count, pickup, destination, travel date and required timing. We will review the practical vehicle size, route scope and any relevant operating or permit considerations before confirming the quotation.
Booking a bus in Dubai should not require a long back-and-forth conversation. Tell us where you need the vehicle, when you need it, how many passengers are travelling and how the bus will be used. We check the practical vehicle, route, operating time and any relevant transport requirements before we send the quotation.
You do not need to know the exact bus size before contacting us. Give us the journey details and we can recommend the practical option for your group.
Give us the pickup, destination, date, passenger count, reporting time and the basic journey plan.
We review passenger capacity, luggage, route, duration, access and service type before recommending the vehicle.
The quotation confirms the vehicle and the applicable commercial scope, including driver, fuel, Salik or tolls, parking, permits, waiting or overtime where relevant.
Once the quotation and booking requirements are accepted, we confirm the operating details and prepare the vehicle and driver assignment.
The clearer the journey is, the faster we can price it correctly. You can still send the request if something is not final; just tell us what you already know.
Tell us the day the vehicle is required. For multi-day or contract work, include the full service period.
Send the actual hotel, building, camp, office, airport, venue or area—not only “Dubai”.
Tell us where the group should finish so we can assess route, distance and access.
Give us the expected headcount so the bus, minibus or van is matched to the group.
For airport and guest transport, tell us whether the group has light luggage, several suitcases or heavy group baggage.
Tell us when the vehicle should be ready at the pickup point—not only the event or flight time.
Choose one-way, return, part-day, full-day, multi-day, weekly, monthly or recurring contract.
List additional hotels, offices, venues or pickup points that should form part of the agreed route.
If the vehicle returns later or remains on duty, give us the expected return or release time.
Tell us about accessibility needs, child-seat requests, VIP handling, site access or unusually large luggage.
The actual district or building can materially change route time, mileage and access.
Vehicle selection depends on the actual group size and, for airports, the luggage load.
Flight number, airport, terminal and arrival/departure direction can affect coordination.
Abu Dhabi city, Yas Island, Mussafah and Al Ain are different operating journeys.
Monthly and contract pricing depends on working days, trips or shifts, timings and hours on duty.
After you accept the service, we re-check the operating details that the vehicle and driver need for the actual journey.
The agreed vehicle category is confirmed for the booking.
The driver assignment is prepared for the operating requirement.
We confirm the exact entrance, hotel point, camp gate or meeting location.
The final destination and any important access instructions are checked.
The time the vehicle should be ready is confirmed.
The practical final headcount is checked against the vehicle.
Only agreed stops form part of the planned route.
Return, waiting or release timing is confirmed where applicable.
The driver or operations team has the correct on-day contact.
Tell us as early as possible if the route, passenger count, service duration, return timing or stops change. A change can affect vehicle availability, driver hours, route planning and the final price.
Your request is not treated as an automatic flat-rate booking. We check the route, passenger count, duration and vehicle requirement first. If an important detail is missing, we contact you before preparing the quotation. Once the service is agreed, the confirmed information is used for vehicle and driver coordination.
You should not have to contact five companies just to understand the basics. These answers use the same Royal Dream price bands, vehicle sizes and booking rules already shown on this homepage, so the numbers below are planning guides—not a second set of rates.
Use these as a quick orientation, then open the exact question below for the route or vehicle context.

| 60–67 seater staff bus | AED 1,100–1,500 | AED 7,000–8,500 | from AED 220/hr |
| 71–84 seater labour bus | AED 1,200–1,500 | AED 7,500–9,000 | from AED 240/hr |
The homepage short-term table also uses trip-specific 5-hour, 10-hour, airport, Dubai one-way and Abu Dhabi ranges. Where an FAQ asks about one of those scopes, that more specific published range is used.
These answers use the same rates already shown in the homepage pricing and fleet sections. They are planning guides, not duplicate offers.
Royal Dream’s current homepage guide starts at AED 400–899 per day for 7–15 seat vehicles, AED 599–1,299 per day for 18–34 seat vehicles, and AED 650–2,500 per day for the broad 35–50+ coach category. For a more precise 10-hour full-day guide, use the vehicle-specific ranges below.
Good to know: Your final quote follows the exact pickup, destination, hours, date, luggage, agreed stops and route costs.
View Bus Rental Dubai PricesA 23-seater sits inside our 22–30 seater minibus category. The current 10-hour full-day guide is AED 899–999; the broader daily fleet guide is AED 899–1,299 because longer routes and different operating scopes can move the price higher.
For a 30-seater request, our 18–30 seater short-term band gives a 10-hour Dubai full-day guide of AED 899–999. The broader 22–30 seater daily fleet range is AED 899–1,299, which also allows for longer routes and different service scopes.
We treat a 32-seat request within the 30–35 seater class. The current daily guide for that class is AED 999–1,399. If your booking uses the 33–35 seater short-term band, the 5-hour guide is AED 899–999 and a one-way trip within Dubai is AED 650–850.
Good to know: For a journey outside Dubai, the destination and operating time matter more than the seat number alone.
30–35 Seater Bus Rental DubaiA 34-seater falls directly in our 33–35 seater luxury-bus pricing band. The current 10-hour full-day guide is AED 999–1,399, while a 5-hour booking is AED 899–999.
Yes. A 35-seater is available within our 30–35 seater / 33–35 seater category, subject to the exact vehicle being available for your date. The current 10-hour full-day guide is AED 999–1,399 and the 5-hour guide is AED 899–999.
A 40-seater request normally falls into our 40–49 seater coach class. The fleet guide is AED 1,199–1,799 per day; the broader 40–50 seater 10-hour full-day table runs to AED 1,999 depending on the coach and route.
A 54-seater sits in our 49–55 seater luxury-coach category. The current guide is AED 1,299–1,999 per day or AED 7,500–10,000 per week. The exact rate depends on the coach specification, route, operating hours and whether the service is local or inter-emirate.
49–55 Seater Luxury Coach Rental DubaiA 60-seater falls into our 60–67 seater staff-bus category. The current guide is AED 1,100–1,500 per day or AED 7,000–8,500 per week. Monthly work is quoted as a contract because the shift pattern, mileage, route, working days and AC/non-AC specification materially affect the cost.
60–67 Seater Staff Bus Rental DubaiA 75-seater falls into our 71–84 seater high-capacity labour-bus category. The current guide is AED 1,200–1,500 per day or AED 7,500–9,000 per week. For monthly staff or labour transport, we price the actual route and shift operation rather than publishing one flat monthly number.
71–84 Seater Labour Bus Rental DubaiFor high-capacity labour transport, Royal Dream does not publish one flat monthly price because the route, number of shifts, working days, daily hours, mileage and AC/non-AC requirement can change the operating cost significantly. For budgeting, the current 60–67 seater guide is AED 1,100–1,500 per day / AED 7,000–8,500 per week, and the 71–84 seater guide is AED 1,200–1,500 per day / AED 7,500–9,000 per week. We convert that into a project monthly quote once you give us the actual shift plan.
Good to know: A monthly labour-bus quote should not be calculated by simply multiplying a daily rate by 30.
Staff & Labour Transport DubaiYes. Toyota Hiace passenger vans are part of the Royal Dream fleet range, subject to date and configuration availability. The current Hiace fleet guide is AED 650–800 per day and AED 3,700–4,800 per week; the standard 12–15 seater 10-hour full-day guide is AED 750–800.
Good to know: Without-driver availability applies only to eligible passenger vans and is checked separately from chauffeur-operated bus service.
Toyota Hiace Rental DubaiUse these answers to choose by passengers, luggage and trip type rather than by a seat number alone.
Yes. Royal Dream provides private bus, minibus, van and coach rental for pre-agreed group journeys in Dubai, subject to vehicle availability and the operating scope. Tell us the passenger count, route, date and timing and we can recommend the practical vehicle rather than asking you to guess the size.
Choose the Right VehicleOur homepage fleet covers 7–10 seat MPVs, 12–15 seat vans, 16–20 seat vans/minibuses, 22–30 seat minibuses, 30–35 seat buses, 40–49 seat coaches, 49–55 seat luxury coaches, 60–67 seat staff buses and 71–84 seat high-capacity labour buses. Exact models and layouts vary by availability.
View Our FleetPrivate bus rental means the vehicle is reserved for your group and the agreed journey—not sold seat by seat to unrelated passengers. Before the trip we confirm the pickup point, destination, timing, planned stops, passenger count and whether the vehicle waits, returns later or remains on duty.
How to BookStart with passengers plus luggage, not the advertised seat number alone. A vehicle that technically seats everyone may still be too small once suitcases, equipment or comfort space are added.
For 20 people with little luggage, a 16–20 seater van/minibus can work if the actual seating layout fits the group. If passengers have large luggage, equipment or want more space, move up to a 22–30 seater rather than filling every seat.
16–20 Seater OptionsFor exactly 30 passengers with light luggage, a 22–30 seater can be suitable if the confirmed vehicle layout provides 30 passenger seats. For airport luggage, events or added comfort, a 30–35 seater is often the safer choice.
30–35 Seater OptionsA 49–55 seater coach is normally the first class to consider for a group of around 50. For long-distance travel or many suitcases, confirm the luggage-bay layout rather than choosing only by seat count.
49–55 Seater CoachFor workforce or staff movement, the 60–67 seater category is designed around that headcount. If this is a guest group carrying substantial luggage or expecting touring-coach comfort, tell us that before booking because a staff-bus layout and a touring-coach requirement are not the same thing.
60–67 Seater Staff BusA minibus is more compact and is normally used for roughly 16–34 passengers, making city access and medium-group movements easier. A coach is larger—typically 35 seats and above—and is better suited to large groups, longer journeys, premium comfort and, on many coach bodies, dedicated luggage storage.
Compare MinibusesChoose a luxury coach when the journey is part of the guest experience: conferences, weddings, delegations, VIP groups, long inter-emirate travel or airport groups that need better luggage capacity and coach comfort. If the priority is simply moving a workforce on a fixed shift, a staff-bus configuration may be more practical and cost-efficient.
Luxury Coach OptionsLuggage capacity depends on the actual vehicle body, not only the seat count. Vans may need empty seats for large cases, minibuses usually handle moderate luggage, touring coaches often provide the strongest storage, and high-capacity staff/labour buses generally prioritise seats over baggage space.
View Fleet & Luggage GuidanceOur passenger vans, minibuses and luxury coaches are selected and checked with air-conditioning as part of practical vehicle readiness. High-capacity staff/labour work can involve different AC or non-AC specifications, so that requirement must be confirmed in the quotation because it can affect the price.
View FleetThese answers explain what the quote actually covers and how hourly, daily, weekly and monthly booking works.
For Royal Dream’s chauffeur-operated buses, minibuses and coaches, the professional driver is part of the quoted service. Selected passenger vans may also be available without a driver where the vehicle, named driver, licence and rental/insurance conditions allow it.
Bus Rental With DriverLarge buses, minibuses and coaches are not offered as self-drive products in the current homepage fleet. Without-driver rental is limited to selected eligible passenger vans and is quoted separately after the proposed driver and licence requirements are checked.
Van Rental Without DriverCheck the real passenger count, luggage, exact pickup and destination, service hours, planned stops, access/parking conditions, whether the bus waits or returns later, and whether the route crosses emirates. Also compare quotations on the same scope—driver, fuel, Salik, parking, permits, waiting/overtime and VAT treatment can change what two apparently similar prices actually include.
Bus Rental Dubai PricesThe payment method and due condition are confirmed on the Royal Dream quotation or invoice for your booking. Short-term and corporate/contract work can use different approved payment arrangements, so if your company requires a specific payment method or credit process, tell us before confirmation rather than assuming one rule applies to every booking.
Good to know: Royal Dream does not publish a universal payment-method list on this homepage because account terms can differ.
Submit an EnquiryThere is no single homepage deposit amount applied to every chauffeur-operated bus booking. If an advance, security amount or other payment condition applies, it should be stated in your quotation before confirmation. Selected without-driver van rentals can also have deposit, excess and return-condition terms in the rental agreement.
Van-Only Rental TermsWeekly, monthly and recurring contracts are priced as their own packages rather than by blindly multiplying the daily rate. For example, the published weekly fleet guides are lower than repeating many individual daily bookings, but the saving depends on route consistency, mileage, working days, shifts and service hours—not on an automatic percentage discount.
Daily, Weekly & Monthly RentalWe aim to state the commercial scope before you confirm: vehicle/driver, fuel treatment, Salik/tolls, parking, permits, waiting/overtime and the applicable VAT treatment. The UAE standard VAT rate is 5% where it applies to the taxable service, but the quotation/invoice is the place to confirm the VAT treatment for your specific booking.
What Is Included in the Quote? Not automatically on every booking. Some service packages may include them and others may state them separately. Your quotation should say clearly whether fuel is included and how Salik or other tolls are treated, because the actual route determines whether a toll gate is crossed.
See Quote FactorsOur current airport-transfer price guide is shown as the vehicle rate plus parking, so you should not assume airport parking is included unless the quotation says so. Parking and waiting depend on the airport, terminal/parking area and how long the vehicle has to remain there.
Airport & Hotel TransfersTipping is optional, not compulsory. If you are happy with the driver’s service you may tip at your discretion, but Royal Dream does not treat a tip as part of the required rental price.
Good to know: Visit Dubai’s current guidance also describes tipping as customary in many situations but not compulsory.
The assigned vehicle should have the insurance required for its registration and commercial activity. Dubai RTA currently requires comprehensive insurance for company vehicles registered for activities including passenger transport by rented buses and bus rental; the exact policy limits, exclusions and claims process still depend on the actual insurance policy, so we do not describe insurance as unlimited.
Good to know: Insurance is one part of compliance; driver, vehicle and operating permits may also apply.
Yes, hourly or part-day hire can be quoted. Current fleet guides start from about AED 100/hour for 7–10 seats, AED 130/hour for 12–15 seats, AED 150/hour for 16–30 seats, AED 180/hour for 30–35 seats, AED 200/hour for 40–49 seats, AED 220/hour for 49–67 seats and AED 240/hour for 71–84 seats. Minimum hours or route-specific terms can still apply.
Daily & Short-Term PricingYes. Our standard full-day planning table uses 10 hours. Current 10-hour guides are AED 650–750 for 7–10 seats, AED 750–800 for 12–15, AED 899–999 for 18–30, AED 999–1,399 for 33–35 and AED 1,199–1,999 for 40–50 seats.
View Full-Day PricesYes. Current weekly fleet guides include around AED 3,600–4,200 for 7–10 seats, AED 3,700–4,800 for 12–15, AED 4,800–6,000 for 22–30, AED 5,800–7,000 for 30–35, AED 7,200–9,500 for 40–49, AED 7,500–10,000 for 49–55, AED 7,000–8,500 for 60–67 and AED 7,500–9,000 for 71–84 seats.
Weekly & Multi-Day RentalYes. The homepage monthly guide is AED 8,500–11,500 for 7–15 seat vehicles and AED 10,000–13,500 for 18–34 seat vehicles. Larger 35–50+ coach and high-capacity staff/labour contracts are project-quoted because mileage, shifts, operating hours, working days and route structure have a much larger effect.
Monthly & Long-Term Bus RentalThere is no fixed legal lead time for a normal booking, but earlier is better if you need a specific vehicle, several buses or a peak-date event. For ordinary single-vehicle work, booking a few days ahead usually gives more choice; for weddings, exhibitions, conferences or multi-vehicle movements, planning one to two weeks or more ahead is sensible. Same-day or next-day requests can still be checked, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Book a BusSend the exact pickup point, destination, date, reporting time, passenger count, luggage, planned stops and whether you need one-way, return or vehicle-on-duty service. For recurring work, add working days, shifts and contract period. The more complete the route information, the less likely the quotation will need to change later.
Submit Your EnquiryCompare evidence, not just the lowest headline price. Check whether the company can explain its vehicle/driver setup, route and permit requirements, insurance/compliance approach, backup process, exact quotation scope, and how it handles changes before and during the journey. Recent customer feedback about punctuality, clean vehicles and communication is also useful.
Why Choose Royal DreamThe homepage gives the practical answer; detailed airport, route and service pages keep ownership of their exact search intent.
Yes, subject to the airport and the legally permitted operating arrangement. The current homepage airport guide lists DXB / DWC planning ranges by vehicle size and adds parking separately. For Dubai airport arrival pickup by rented bus, we confirm the applicable RTA operating permission before promising the pickup; airport departure/drop-off movements are planned against the confirmed terminal and reporting time.
Dubai Airport TransferYes, if the stops are agreed before the journey. Send the pickup order and destinations when you request the quote so we can assess mileage, timing, access and waiting. An unplanned extra stop on the day may change the route, operating time or price and must be confirmed first.
Plan Your RouteYes, private group bookings can use several pre-agreed pickup points. This is still one organised rental for your group—not an open-seat service collecting unrelated passengers. Give us the locations and approximate passenger count at each point so we can plan the sequence and reporting time.
Dubai Pickup AreasYes. For a one-way Dubai → Abu Dhabi trip, the current homepage guide is AED 599–699 for 7–10 seats, AED 699–750 for 12–15, AED 899–999 for 18–30, AED 950–1,050 for 33–35 and AED 1,499–1,900 for 40–50 seats. The dedicated route page owns the detailed route-specific information.
Dubai to Abu Dhabi TransportYes. Royal Dream can quote private group transport from Dubai to Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. The current 'other UAE city / day' guide is AED 699–799 for 7–10 seats, AED 799–899 for 12–15, AED 999–1,299 for 18–30, AED 1,099–1,399 for 33–35 and AED 1,499–2,500 for 40–50 seats; the exact city, pickup point and operating hours determine the final quote.
Inter-Emirate RoutesYes. For recurring staff or labour transport, send the pickup points, destination/worksite, headcount, working days, shifts, reporting times and contract period. We then match the bus size and operating pattern rather than treating it as a string of unrelated daily bookings.
Staff & Labour Transport DubaiYes. Corporate and exhibition movements can include office pickup, hotel collection, venue shuttles, multiple reporting times and return coordination. Tell us whether everyone moves together or in separate groups so we can size the vehicles and schedule correctly.
Corporate Transport DubaiYes. Event and wedding transport works best when the guest count, hotel/pickup points, venue access, first reporting time and return/release time are agreed before the day. For several buses, book early enough for vehicle allocation and coordinated dispatch.
Event Transport & Shuttle DubaiYou can book a private vehicle with driver for a pre-agreed sightseeing or group itinerary. The bus rental covers the transport scope in the quotation; attraction tickets, a licensed tour guide or other tourism services are not automatically included unless specifically arranged and stated.
View Tour Transport OptionsA private bus keeps the group, luggage and schedule under one coordinated transport plan. It reduces the need to manage several drivers and meeting points, makes return timing easier to control and is particularly useful for events, staff movements, family groups and inter-emirate journeys where everyone needs to arrive together.
Bus Rental Use CasesYes when the group wants to travel together on a defined itinerary. A bus is especially practical when you have several planned stops, luggage, children, a larger family or a corporate group. Choose the vehicle by passenger count plus luggage and access—not by the biggest seat number available.
Choose Your VehicleYou do not need to search for a separate operator for every district. Royal Dream serves pickups across Dubai, including areas such as Dubai Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Al Quoz, Jebel Ali, DIP, JVC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, International City, Mirdif and Al Qusais. Send your exact pickup point and we will quote the vehicle to that location.
Dubai Pickup AreasYou do not need to know the perfect bus size before you contact us. Send your name, number, email, pickup and destination; add the date, passengers and timing if you already know them.
