This is not an hourly taxi, one-way car-lift ticket or a per-person fare. A single pickup and return can cost differently from multiple shifts, waiting at a site or a bus kept on standby; send the schedule for a precise daily or weekly quotation.
The homepage monthly planning bands are AED 6,800–9,200 for the 7–15-seat class and AED 10,000–13,500 for the 18–34-seat class; 35–50+ seat vehicles and high-capacity staff buses are quoted by project. For 16–20 seats, request a separate route quote because the homepage has no dedicated rate band covering every configuration in that class. A monthly offer will set out the actual service days, vehicle, pickup order, two-way trips, daily hours, fuel basis and any extra shifts. We do not publish AED 300–400 per-person car-lift fares because that is not the service we offer here.
All amounts shown are Royal Dream guide ranges for a vehicle category, not Abu Dhabi-specific confirmed offers, not per passenger and not inclusive of a standard fuel or kilometre allowance. The written quotation confirms driver, fuel, DARB/other tolls where applicable, site parking, permits, waiting/overtime, backup arrangement and 5% VAT treatment. Additional stops, remote destinations, unusual hours or Sunday/public-holiday operations are priced only after the route is checked.
You tell us the people who must travel together and where they need to report. We organise a defined vehicle-and-driver duty, not an open shared-seat timetable. Before you approve, we show what is included in the route and what is charged separately.
Your company or private group books the van, minibus or bus for an agreed route and service window. We do not add unrelated passengers, sell spare seats or operate an individual car-lift membership on this service.
Provide accommodation, office, staff residence or agreed meeting points. We arrange a practical pickup sequence and the time the group must reach the destination; additions are reviewed for traffic and mileage impact.
We plan the return at the confirmed release time. Tell us if your workplace has different end times, rotating shifts or a late team so we can quote the actual number of journeys instead of assuming two transfers fit every day.
The service is managed with a driver qualified for the assigned vehicle. We confirm the vehicle size, AC requirement, passenger capacity, reporting instructions and local operating permissions before deployment.
For a recurring contract, we agree how your coordinator will report absences, add stops, change shift times or ask for extra trips. Your final agreement states the notice and charging rules.
Your quotation separates the rent, driver, fuel basis, DARB or other applicable tolls, parking, site access, overtime, permits and VAT where relevant. Nothing is assumed to be free unless written in the offer.
A pickup schedule works when the driver knows the reporting time, passenger meeting point, gate entry, approved stop locations and return contact. We confirm these before the start date. For larger multi-shift jobs, we assess driving duty, permitted operations, required number of drivers and whether a separate standby vehicle is needed.
Check the schedule line by line: vehicle capacity, agreed route, pickup count, workdays per month, daily round trips, maximum duty or waiting period, fuel inclusion, kilometre assumptions, tolls, parking, permits, VAT and backup terms. That way you are comparing a like-for-like monthly route, not a low starting number with an undefined service.
The practical group size matters more than the vehicle’s model badge. For small staff groups, we can look at a passenger van; for regular department movement, a Coaster or larger minibus; for high-volume shifts, a staff bus. We confirm the exact seating layout and permitted operation before quotation.
For one small company team travelling together from agreed Abu Dhabi pickup points to the same workplace. Easier to plan than several separate cars; the group uses the booked van, not individual seats.

Most employee pickup routes carry backpacks and small work bags, which are different from airport transfers with suitcases. Tell us about tool bags, PPE, boxed equipment or large cases. A 15-seat van with every seat occupied will not have the same luggage space as a touring coach.
Your group can use the same pickup points every weekday, rotate between sites or need transport for only a limited project. The service period changes how we price the vehicle, but it never becomes a shared-seat car-lift service.

Examples include a company team collected in Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ City), Khalifa City or Baniyas and brought to offices or a hotel in Abu Dhabi city; or residential collection in Al Reem, Al Khalidiyah and Al Mushrif for one agreed workplace. Industrial and longer routes may connect Mussafah or ICAD with staff accommodation, or groups from Abu Dhabi city to KEZAD and Khalifa Port corridors. Al Shahama, Al Shamkha, Yas Island, Saadiyat and Al Ain can also be assessed where the contract route and permits allow. These trips need a mileage and shift-time check rather than a city-only flat price.
Share each pickup pin, group count per stop and target workplace arrival. Allow time for boarding, traffic and site-gate procedures instead of planning from map driving time alone.
Give the actual work release time, including possible shift handovers. If some staff finish at 17:00 and others at 19:00, that is more than one return duty unless the group can travel together.
Show the full weekly roster and tell us whether Friday, Sunday and public holidays need transport. We will advise whether one driver and vehicle can legally and practically operate the timetable.
Provide gate number, parking/standing area, company contact and any site induction rules. We use agreed safe stops rather than promising pickup where stopping is restricted.
For an Abu Dhabi group contract, the monthly total depends on how the bus is used, not only how many seats it has. We specify these cost items in the quotation so your finance or admin team can budget the real operation.
This group pick-and-drop service is chauffeur-operated. The agreed quote states the driver duty window; overlapping or extended shifts may need additional staff.

For an Abu Dhabi-only route, DARB may be relevant; Salik is relevant only where a route actually uses Dubai toll gates. Some bus classes may qualify for DARB exemption depending on current official rules; we verify this for the actual vehicle rather than adding tolls automatically. The contract sets out fuel, parking, permits, route changes, extra stops and overtime on a written basis.
Your team relies on the same service at the start and end of its shift. Before operations begin, we check the assigned vehicle, passenger capacity, qualified driver, Abu Dhabi permit needs and the pickup plan. A replacement plan matters, especially for a recurring route.
When you book a recurring group route, ask us to put the breakdown-response and replacement-vehicle arrangement in the agreement. Backup availability and response depend on vehicle class, time, distance and location; we do not promise an instant replacement or an unconfirmed fixed response time.

Depending on the activity, the company, vehicle and driver may require appropriate permissions, and approved tracking may be required for permitted vehicles.
