If you need the vehicle for a one-week trial, a temporary project or the first few days before a longer commitment, send the proposed days, total daily hours and number of trips. We will quote that duty separately. A normal 5-hour charter or airport transfer price cannot be multiplied by 26 days and treated as a monthly contract; the daily and weekly columns are quote-based for this service.
We price a defined operating month: bus category and count, 5/6/7 days a week, trip count, morning/evening or continuous duty, expected kilometres, waiting time and whether one or more drivers are needed. Request a fuel-included amount and a fuel-excluded amount on the same schedule for a fair comparison. Three-, six- and twelve-month agreements may have different commercial terms, but there is no automatic discount or unlimited-use promise.
Guide ranges are for the entire vehicle per month and mirror the Royal Dream homepage; they are not per-seat fares or guaranteed final offers. This existing website table also has charter-oriented headings (5 hours, 10 hours, airport and one-way) that cannot be renamed from SQL; non-monthly cells do not state monthly-contract rates. We want you to know what will happen on day one and what the agreed monthly amount covers. Your quote is based on a specific vehicle category, schedule and route; it should be easy for your operations team to use and for your accounts team to check.
We assign the confirmed class and seating capacity for your contracted route or repeated transfers. You are not buying scattered individual seats on different public vehicles.

Compare offers only after checking the same bus class, service days, daily duty hours, kilometre allowance, number of return trips, fuel basis, tolls, parking, driver accommodation if needed, permits, replacement policy and tax treatment. An AED amount without those details is not a meaningful comparison. We will list exclusions and any agreed excess-kilometre or extra-duty pricing before confirmation.
Start with the largest group travelling at one time, then consider bags and trip length. A recurring airport-hotel shuttle with suitcases needs different usable space from a simple office pickup carrying small bags. We can compare a high-roof van, Coaster, mid-size bus or coach before fixing a monthly duty.

Tell us the maximum headcount on one trip—not only the number of people enrolled in your project. Drivers, luggage, guest comfort and exact registered seating affect the right choice. If a 30-person group carries full-size suitcases, we may recommend more luggage room instead of filling every available seat.
List the number of checked suitcases, carry-on bags, equipment cases or staff bags per journey. Passenger vans can lose usable seating when loaded with luggage; larger touring coaches may provide dedicated luggage bays. Unsafe or unapproved cargo transport is not part of a passenger bus contract.

If your contracted trip regularly leaves Dubai for Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah or another emirate, we calculate the longer running time, expected kilometres, tolls and approvals separately. A morning pickup and evening return is two runs; several airport arrivals, a midday departure or permanent venue standby changes the duty.
Share realistic route kilometres plus any dead-running to collect the bus. If the distance exceeds the agreed limit, extra mileage is handled as stated in the contract.
A single vehicle cannot perform simultaneous routes. We will assess additional buses or drivers where the timetable or applicable driver requirements demand them.

A multi-month booking needs more than a daily pickup time. Before the start date, we check that the proposed vehicle, driver, operating arrangement and agreed routes are suitable, and we document what to do if the bus becomes unavailable.
A long-term offer should describe who arranges routine servicing, how your contact is notified of a breakdown and which replacement category may be supplied. Replacement timing and capacity depend on the incident, location, fleet availability and agreed contract conditions. We do not promise an instant identical bus when a substitute has not been confirmed.
Dubai RTA publishes activity requirements for passengers transported by rented buses, including a contracted service for employees and other permitted passenger groups. Vehicles and drivers must meet the rules applicable to their registration, operator and actual use. Regular trips arriving from other emirates can require additional authorisation; a Dubai-issued permission does not automatically cover every UAE route. We check the supplier and customer documentation, authorised use, driver class and any route or venue approval before starting.
