Need a budget before requesting a quotation? The prices below are taken live from our Dubai homepage guide. They are useful starting points for Dubai-origin journeys—not a fixed rate for every pickup in the UAE. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah and other starting points are quoted for their own routes.

Short-term and inter-emirate price guide

What Changes When Your Route Crosses an Emirate?

Before accepting a booking, we check which passenger-transport approvals apply to the vehicle and the service. Dubai staff contracts, airport collections, school transport and international border crossings do not use one universal permit.

Passenger transport permissions

The operator, vehicle, professional driver and beneficiary contract must meet the requirements of the emirate and activity concerned. Some operators from other emirates need a Dubai RTA Naqel permit for eligible staff routes.

Airports and venue access

Airport pickup privileges and permits are service-specific. Do not assume an inter-emirate staff-bus permit authorises collecting passengers at Dubai airports. Venue permits, bus bays and parking may also apply.

Driving hours and changes

Longer routes, late finishes, additional stops or repeated shifts can require a different driver schedule or an adjusted vehicle arrangement. We confirm before booking.

International journeys

Oman, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait routes require a separate operational review including the border, passenger documents, driver and vehicle permissions; no automatic cross-border availability is promised.

01Can I rent a bus for travel between two UAE emirates?

Yes, we can review a private whole-vehicle trip between UAE emirates. Send both pickup and destination locations, the date, passenger count and return requirements. The permitted operating scope and final price are checked for that route.

02How much is a bus rental in the UAE for one day?

There is no single UAE-wide day rate. Our Dubai-origin guide starts with the homepage vehicle-size bands; inter-emirate travel, waiting, mileage, parking and permits can change the quote. The prices on this page are reference values, not a confirmed offer.

03Is the professional driver included?

Managed bus, minibus and coach services are quoted with a driver. Selected passenger vans may have a separate without-driver rental option where eligible; we will identify this clearly if requested.

04How do you price monthly employee buses?

We need the service days, shifts, staff count, pickup sequence, route mileage, operating hours and fuel basis. We then quote the actual recurring plan instead of applying a one-day tourist-bus rate.

05Can you collect my group at Dubai or Abu Dhabi airport?

Send the airport, terminal, flight details, luggage count and desired pickup time. We will check vehicle and operator eligibility, airport access and parking before confirming the collection.

06Do you operate routes to Oman or Saudi Arabia?

International journeys are assessed case by case. Passenger travel documents, permitted vehicle and driver arrangements, border processes and service availability must be confirmed before quoting or booking.

07Can a 15-seater van take 15 passengers and 15 large bags?

Not necessarily. Luggage uses space and may make the advertised seat count impractical. Tell us the sizes and numbers of bags, and we will recommend a suitable layout or larger vehicle.

08What should I send for the fastest accurate quotation?

Pickup and destination pins, travel date, required reporting and return time, passenger count, luggage quantity, all stops, and whether it is one day or a repeating monthly schedule.
