Need a temporary site mobilization, a staff relocation or a one-week project? We quote the required bus and driver against the actual staff transfer plan. A 5-hour or 10-hour charter is not automatically an employee-transport contract, so short-term columns show a route quote rather than a made-up daily staff fare. State each trip, waiting period, start/end point and whether the bus remains at the worksite.

We build the transport around the time your team must report to work. Give us the employee count per shift and exact pickup and destination points; we can then show what one vehicle can cover and where an extra bus, route or driver may be needed.

We can assess employer-operated group routes around Mussafah, ICAD, KEZAD and Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi; Sharjah Industrial Area, Sajaa, SAIF Zone and Hamriyah; Ajman Al Jurf; RAKEZ and Al Hamra in Ras Al Khaimah; and project locations in Fujairah, UAQ and Al Ain. Inter-emirate assignments are quoted only after checking authority permits, actual road time and driver duties. Dubai RTA regulates passengers transported by rented buses and has specific Naqel arrangements for qualifying employee trips from other emirates into Dubai. Abu Dhabi Mobility uses Asateel for relevant passenger-bus operator, vehicle and driver permits and onboard tracking. Sharjah SRTA also licenses passenger transport by contracted rented buses.
