ROYAL DREAM · DUBAI / SHARJAH

Dubai ↔ Sharjah Private Bus, Van & Staff Transport

Need one vehicle for your team, event guests or another organised group travelling between Dubai and Sharjah? Tell us where everyone boards, the arrival time you need and how many passengers and bags are travelling. We will recommend a private van, minibus, bus or coach and price the complete journey around your actual route.

This is a dedicated, whole-vehicle booking for staff and groups. It is not a single-seat car lift, a taxi fare or a ticket on Dubai–Sharjah public buses. We offer one-way, return, day-duty and contracted employee movements in either direction.

01ROAD / TRAFFIC PLANNING

Dubai ↔ Sharjah Private Transport: Distance, Travel Time & Route Planning

Dubai and Sharjah meet at a busy emirate boundary, so the exact two addresses matter more than a single city-to-city distance. A short Al Qusais–Al Nahda movement differs greatly from Dubai Marina–Al Majaz or Jebel Ali–Hamriyah. Many central-city trips are around 20–45 km by road, but some neighbourhood pairs are shorter and industrial or western Dubai trips can be much longer. Off-peak journeys can take roughly 25–50 minutes; commuting-hour congestion can push them to 60–90 minutes or more. These are planning indications, not live traffic predictions or promised travel times.

YOUR ACTUAL LOCATIONS

Do not plan by emirate name alone

Deira to Al Majaz, Al Nahda Dubai to Al Taawun, and Jebel Ali to Sajaa all have different mileage and access. Send the actual Google Maps pins for each office, camp, hotel or site gate. We calculate distance and duty hours from your requested route.

MAIN ROAD OPTIONS

E11, E311 and other suitable links

Al Ittihad Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) are common Dubai–Sharjah corridors. Other connecting roads can be more practical for Muwaileh, Sharjah Airport, Sajaa or outer Dubai. We check vehicle access and expected congestion instead of promising one fixed road.

SHIFT REPORTING TIME

Allow extra time for peak-border traffic

Staff buses often need to reach a factory or office before a fixed shift. Tell us the reporting deadline, not just the departure preference. We plan boarding, multiple pickups, travel buffers and a practical return schedule around both directions.

PRIVATE VS PUBLIC

RTA E308 and similar buses sell individual tickets

Dubai RTA operates public intercity services, including E308 between Stadium Bus Station and Al Jubail. Those services use their own stops, schedules and passenger fares. Our offer is one reserved vehicle for your group, with an agreed route and pickup arrangement; we do not sell E308 seats.

02WHOLE-VEHICLE GUIDE PRICES

Private Dubai ↔ Sharjah Bus, Minibus & Van Transfer Prices

The ranges below come from our homepage’s "other UAE city / day" column and apply to an agreed Dubai-origin inter-emirate DAY booking when the vehicle and service hours fit. They are for the entire bus or van, never a fare per person. A short direct Dubai → Sharjah drop, Sharjah → Dubai collection, same-day two-leg return, peak-hour staff shuttle and multi-stop monthly route are different duty patterns; ask us for the separate written quote instead of treating these day guides as one-way fares.

Only the "other UAE city / day" homepage guide applies as a planning reference for a suitable Dubai-origin DAY assignment to Sharjah. Our separate one-way and return quotes are based on the exact journey; contracted employee transport is priced on its operating plan.

Private vehicle categoryDubai → Abu Dhabi one-way guideOther UAE city / day guide (separate scope)
All AED bands are for the WHOLE dedicated vehicle, not each passenger. They are homepage day-duty guides, not fixed Dubai–Sharjah one-way prices. The quotation states vehicle, route, hours, driver and fuel treatment, UAE VAT, any applicable Salik, parking, access permissions, waiting, overtime and extra stops. Sharjah Airport and DXB pickups require separate access checks.
7–10 SEATER MPV · DAY GUIDE

AED 699–799 · Small reserved group

Homepage other-UAE-city/day planning range for a whole 7–10 seat MPV. Suitable only for a booked company or private group when the number of people and bags fits. Not a taxi meter, not per seat and not a promised one-way rate.

12–15 SEATER VAN · DAY GUIDE

AED 799–899 · Small staff / group van

Homepage inter-emirate day guide for a whole passenger van. Common fit for small office teams, approved hotel group transfers and coordinated staff pickups. A Sharjah Airport stop, substantial luggage or extra pickups must be scoped in the final quote.

18–30 SEATER MINIBUS · DAY GUIDE

AED 999–1,299 · Corporate minibus

Homepage other-UAE-city/day range for the full vehicle. Suitable for a company team, event group or set of employees moving together. We confirm exact seats, number of sites, working time and expected traffic before quoting.

33–35 SEATER BUS · DAY GUIDE

AED 1,099–1,399 · Mid-size bus

Homepage inter-emirate day range for a 33–35 seat bus. Useful when an organised group exceeds a 30-seat vehicle. We check coach-size road access, luggage and site arrival restrictions; this is not a guaranteed single-leg fee.

40–50 SEATER LUXURY COACH · DAY GUIDE

AED 1,499–2,500 · Group coach

Homepage other-UAE-city/day rate guide for a complete luxury coach. Useful for larger hotel groups, conferences and formal events. We confirm the actual registered seat layout, luggage bays and day-duty scope before offering a final rate.

ONE-WAY DUBAI ↔ SHARJAH

Quoted for your exact route, not from day rates

A direct one-way transfer is priced from your chosen starting point, destination, passenger and bag count, departure time and vehicle positioning. We do not show an invented fixed short-hop one-way amount or apply the Dubai–Abu Dhabi homepage one-way rates.

SAME-DAY TWO-LEG RETURN

Quoted for both legs and any waiting

Morning collection plus afternoon drop-off can require a reserved vehicle, extra waiting or two separate movements. Send both reporting times, pickup lists and stop order; we will show what is and is not included.

MONTHLY STAFF / CORPORATE TRANSPORT

Route-specific contract quote

For six or seven days weekly, early/late shifts, daily round trips or 60–84 seat workforce buses, we price the actual operating pattern: days, trips, service hours, distance, fuel, bus class, driver arrangement and approvals. No unverified "Sharjah–Dubai per month" fixed amount is published.

No confirmed fixed one-way, two-leg, individual staff-seat or monthly Dubai–Sharjah tariff exists in the supplied Royal Dream rate database. We will not substitute a public E308 bus ticket, single-passenger car-lift advertisement or competitor taxi fare for a Royal Dream vehicle quote.

03FLEET / PRACTICAL CAPACITY

Best Vehicle Size for Dubai ↔ Sharjah Group and Staff Transport

Tell us the highest number of passengers on any leg, whether they carry suitcases or work bags, and whether your destination accepts a full-size bus. We help you avoid too few seats, a cramped van and unnecessarily large coaches for a straightforward Dubai–Sharjah run.

04ONE-WAY / RETURN / MONTHLY

One-Way, Return & Recurring Transport Between Dubai and Sharjah

An early-morning Sharjah pickup for a Dubai factory and a weekend hotel-group transfer may use the same size bus but need different schedules and prices. We quote each movement as a complete vehicle service, with practical timing and route access.

ONE-WAY GROUP TRANSFER

Dubai → Sharjah or Sharjah → Dubai

Arrange one agreed pickup and drop-off, or a small number of planned boarding stops. We calculate the driver movement and bus positioning. You are not paying for individual tickets; the booked group uses its own vehicle.

TWO-LEG RETURN

Morning out and evening back

Tell us both pickup times and whether the bus must remain at your venue. A coach that waits six hours needs different pricing from a bus that makes two separate scheduled trips.

FULL DAY / GROUP EVENT

Multiple planned venues on one assignment

Useful for a seminar, site visit, exhibition or wedding group crossing the Dubai–Sharjah border. We list every venue, allowable parking or standby point and service-hour cap before issuing a final day price.

RECURRING STAFF SHUTTLE

Company contract, shift-by-shift

Useful for Muwaileh to Jebel Ali, Al Nahda to Al Quoz, Sajaa to DIP or other defined routes. Send the headcount per shift, stops, operating days, trip frequency, early/late times and contract length.

05WHERE YOUR GROUP BOARDS

Dubai & Sharjah Pickup, Drop-Off and Custom Stops

A private bus can collect your authorised group at agreed premises, not only public bus stations. But each stop must be practical and safe for the selected bus. We confirm your full address list, boarding headcount, waiting location and any parking or gate restriction before dispatch.

DUBAI PICKUP AREAS

Deira, Al Qusais, Business Bay and beyond

Common Dubai pickup points include Deira, Al Qusais, Al Nahda Dubai, Bur Dubai, Business Bay, Downtown, Al Quoz, Dubai Marina, JLT, Jebel Ali, DIP and Dubai South. Give us the exact office, hotel or staff camp gate; each area changes the duty and driving distance.

SHARJAH CITY PICKUPS

Al Nahda, Al Taawun, Al Majaz, Al Khan, Rolla

For Sharjah city groups, we can plan pickups or drop-offs at business hotels, approved residences, offices and venues in these areas. Large buses may need nearby safe meeting points rather than narrow residential entrances.

INDUSTRIAL / UNIVERSITY ZONES

Muwaileh, University City, Sajaa and Hamriyah

Staff jobs often serve Muwaileh, Sharjah Industrial Areas, University City, Sajaa Industrial Area or Hamriyah Free Zone. Site gates, parking, special passes and distance are checked individually; Hamriyah is not the same priced stop as Al Nahda.

EXTRA COLLECTION POINTS

Confirm multiple stops before booking

If your employees board at two Sharjah camps and work in Dubai, list the exact order and number boarding at each. Detours, peak-hour boarding and stops on both sides of the border affect the operating plan and price.

AIRPORT LINKS

SHJ group connections; DXB and DWC need separate checks

Sharjah International Airport (SHJ) is different from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC). Tell us the terminal, flight or reporting time and luggage. Airport pickup by a rented bus depends on the operator and relevant permissions; never assume ordinary route clearance covers it.

06SHIFT / CONTRACT OPERATION

Sharjah ↔ Dubai Staff, Labour & Corporate Bus Contracts

Regular employee transport is usually a scheduling project, not a simple flat "car lift" price. We plan a dedicated vehicle around the company roster and confirm that the service meets the required passenger transport authorisations.

SHARJAH → DUBAI

Staff accommodation to office or project site

Typical enquiries include Al Nahda / Al Taawun / Muwaileh accommodation to Al Quoz offices, Business Bay, Jebel Ali, DIP or other Dubai workplaces. We design the real stops and direction rather than assuming all employees board at one station.

DUBAI → SHARJAH

Dubai camp to Sharjah industrial or commercial site

Examples include Dubai camps to Sharjah Industrial Areas, University City, Sajaa or Hamriyah. Give shift start time, site gate and return time so the route can be checked for distance and punctual reporting.

SHIFT CHANGEOVERS

One shift, split shift, or continuous operations

Tell us whether one bus serves a single morning/evening cycle or needs three shifts, weekend operation, late-night returns or standby. These details can change driver requirements, vehicle quantity and monthly price.

WORKFORCE ALLOCATION

Choose approved seats using peak shift count

For larger groups compare 30, 35, 50, 60–67 and 71–84 seat classes based on the maximum employees on each leg, not average daily attendance. We check bus entry at camps and gates and arrange any stated backup scope.

MONTHLY COMMERCIAL SCOPE

Driver, fuel, maintenance and permit treatment

Your contract sets working days, trip counts, daily service window, km basis, driver accommodation (if relevant), fuel inclusion, Salik, permits, parking, maintenance, replacement arrangement, overtime and VAT. The final monthly amount follows that agreed specification.

07EVENT / CORPORATE / AIRPORT

Private Group Transfers for Events, Offices, Hotels & Airports

Private Dubai–Sharjah vehicle hire is also useful when everybody must reach the same venue together. Tell us what your group is doing and the finish time; we match the route and luggage needs instead of selling a generic "transport service".

CORPORATE MEETINGS

One pickup list for a whole visiting team

Move an agreed company team from Dubai offices to a Sharjah meeting or training venue. We plan arrival buffer, meeting end time and return collection and confirm whether the vehicle needs to stay nearby.

WEDDINGS / EVENTS

Guests from hotels to Sharjah venues and back

For wedding groups, conferences and exhibitions, specify every hotel or boarding point, passenger count by departure wave and late return times. Large coaches may require a venue-approved loading area.

SHARJAH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Organised SHJ arrivals or departures

A booked group can request an airport-connected transfer between Dubai and SHJ. Send flight number, terminal meeting point, bag sizes and arrival/departure deadlines. Vehicle access and fees must be verified before confirmation.

DUBAI INTERNATIONAL / DWC

Separate airport permission checks

An itinerary that starts at DXB or DWC is not an ordinary city-to-city bus pickup. Dubai RTA guidance imposes restrictions on airport pickups by certain rented buses. We only confirm lawful arrangements for the exact vehicle and operator.

SITE VISITS / EXHIBITIONS

Coordinated visits across both emirates

Move an organised group between corporate campuses, construction-project gates, venues or visitor centres where permitted. We check visitor pass rules and waiting/parking space before promising close-to-door coach access.

08CLEAR PRICE INCLUSIONS

Driver, Fuel, Salik, Parking & Waiting Time

We do not want you comparing a bare bus price with a fully inclusive transfer. The written quotation will show the service scope for your Dubai–Sharjah journey and state what costs are included or excluded.

DRIVER / VEHICLE

Professional driver for private-route service

Whole-vehicle bus, minibus, coach and staff-route enquiries include a suitable driver under the agreed booking arrangement. If you need a separately eligible without-driver passenger van, request that as a different rental product.

FUEL / DISTANCE

Short border crossing or long outer-city run

Fuel inclusion depends on your final quote. A shuttle between Al Qusais and Al Nahda is not the same kilometre duty as JAFZA to Hamriyah. Multi-stop detours and repeated peak trips must be costed separately.

SALIK

Only charge applicable tolls when the selected route uses them

Dubai Salik can be relevant on some routes, including the Al Mamzar corridor. We confirm whether tolls are included, passed through or excluded. Do not assume every E311 or alternative itinerary has the same toll cost.

PARKING / ACCESS

Airport, hotel, industrial and venue conditions

A hotel coach parking bay, Sharjah Airport pickup, commercial site pass or special venue entrance may have its own charge or prior permission. These are checked and identified in the final booking scope.

WAITING / OVERTIME

Two-leg return may include non-driving hours

If your bus must wait at a Sharjah event while the group is inside, tell us the expected wait and latest finishing time. The day guide is not permission for unlimited standby or extra late journeys.

VAT / CHANGES

The final payable amount is agreed in writing

We identify applicable UAE VAT, payment terms, cancellation conditions and fees arising from changed passenger numbers, locations or time slots. A guide range does not replace an accepted quotation.

09LICENSED / PRACTICAL OPERATION

Dubai–Sharjah Transport Permits, Safe Boarding & Driver Checks

Cross-emirate bus services must fit the operator licence, vehicle registration, driver authorisation and whether the journey is staff transport or a separately booked group. The Dubai and Sharjah authorities have different requirements, so we verify the actual booking type before confirming dispatch.

SHARJAH SRTA

Appropriate leased-bus passenger transport permits

Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority provides a passenger-transport permit service for leased buses. We check applicable company, vehicle and driver documentation and the travel purpose; an ordinary trade licence does not automatically approve every intercity passenger route.

DUBAI RTA / NAQEL

Staff transport has specific eligibility rules

RTA Naqel is a defined authorisation route for qualifying contracted transport of employees from other emirates to Dubai and back. It is not a blanket authorisation for all private groups, and its rented-bus airport restrictions must be respected.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS

Never promise restricted bus pickup without checks

RTA explains that rented buses in its Naqel service cannot pick passengers up from Dubai airports. Airport group collection can only be offered under an independently appropriate lawful arrangement; confirm terminal access, operator and vehicle before accepting the booking.

REGISTERED SEATS / INSURANCE

Choose the approved vehicle for your group

We confirm bus seating, driver licence class, operating fitness, required insurance and appropriate boarding locations. If a venue cannot safely accommodate a large coach, we discuss a lawful alternative vehicle plan.

TRAFFIC / SAFETY

No unrealistic guarantees through peak congestion

Morning and evening queues can be unpredictable, including on E11 and E311. We plan realistic buffers, coordinate changes when possible and follow road/authority instructions rather than promising an unsafe arrival deadline.

10HELP CHOOSING

Which Private Bus Size Is Best for Your Dubai–Sharjah Route?

A shorter journey does not remove the need for enough licensed passenger seats. Start with your group size and how the people board; we will help you select a vehicle that fits your actual use.

UP TO ABOUT 15 PEOPLE

Reserved MPV or passenger van

For small company teams or airport-connected groups, compare 7–10 seat MPV and 12–15 seat passenger van options. Bags, child seats or equipment can reduce the realistic passenger capacity.

18–30 PEOPLE

Minibus or Coaster class

For a team, training group or event shuttle, a minibus can keep passengers together. An 18-seater and 30-seater should not be treated as the same capacity; we confirm your exact count and vehicle layout.

33–55 PEOPLE

Mid-size bus or luxury coach

For corporate events, large delegations or a hotel group with luggage, compare a 33–35 seat bus with a 40–49 or 49–55 seat coach. We match venue access and baggage needs to the real model.

60–84 STAFF PER SHIFT

Large staff/labour bus

For scheduled company staff movement, send the busiest shift and your camp/site gates first. The right decision depends on real seats, AC specification, driver duty and permit compliance—not a public bus seat price.

12SEND US THE REAL ROUTE

How to Book Dubai ↔ Sharjah Private Bus or Staff Transport

Send your actual pickup/drop-off map pins, date and reporting times, number of people and bags and whether it is a one-way journey, two-leg return, day hire or recurring staff route. We check vehicle and driver suitability, airport or site access if relevant, and the written price before accepting the booking.

01

Share each pickup and drop-off pin

Tell us whether you start in Dubai or Sharjah. Include hotel, staff camp, industrial gate, meeting point or airport terminal when relevant.

02

Describe group size and operating times

Give travel date, arrival/reporting deadline, any second-leg time, passenger count and large bags. For company routes include number of shifts, trips per day, days per week and term.

03

Confirm the written commercial scope

Review vehicle seats, allowed stops, fuel, tolls, VAT, driver, waiting, parking and required permits. We allocate the service only after the quotation and booking terms are agreed.

Use the quote form for journey and business contact details only. Do not submit passport scans or other sensitive documents in the open form.
13PRIVATE ROUTE FAQS

Dubai ↔ Sharjah Private Transport FAQs

Answers below apply to a full vehicle reserved for your own employees or group, not a public bus, shared car lift or individual passenger ticket.

01Is this a private bus or a shared Sharjah to Dubai car lift?+

This is private, whole-vehicle hire for a company, organised group or event. We do not sell individual seats, shared monthly car-lift spots or regular public bus tickets. You book the bus, minibus, van or coach for your agreed group.

02How much does private Dubai to Sharjah bus transport cost?+

The confirmed amount depends on the actual vehicle, route, direction and duty. Our homepage other-UAE-city/day guides are AED 799–899 for a 12–15 seat van, AED 999–1,299 for an 18–30 seat minibus, AED 1,099–1,399 for a 33–35 seat bus and AED 1,499–2,500 for a 40–50 seat luxury coach. These are whole-vehicle day guides, not fixed one-way or per-person Sharjah fares.

03What is the private 12–15 seater Dubai–Sharjah van price?+

For a suitable inter-emirate day booking, the existing homepage day guide for the complete 12–15 seat van is AED 799–899. A direct transfer, morning/evening shift duty or extra Sharjah stops needs a separate written price.

04What is the 22–30 seater Coaster Dubai to Sharjah price?+

The homepage 18–30 seat other-UAE-city/day guide is AED 999–1,299 per complete vehicle. We confirm exact 22–30 seat capacity, boarding locations, timing, luggage and the service type before issuing the Dubai–Sharjah quote.

05What is the day rate for a 35 seater bus to Sharjah?+

The 33–35 seat homepage other-UAE-city/day planning range is AED 1,099–1,399 for a whole bus. This is not a guaranteed one-way fare; exact starting and finishing points and hours determine the quoted Sharjah journey.

06How much does a private 50 seater coach cost between Dubai and Sharjah?+

The homepage 40–50 seat luxury coach other-UAE-city/day guide is AED 1,499–2,500. Please tell us the coach seating required and the event schedule. A single drop-off, split return or 50–53 seat specification needs individual confirmation.

07Can we travel from Sharjah to Dubai instead of Dubai to Sharjah?+

Yes. Both directions can be requested for a whole private vehicle. Sharjah → Dubai is quoted from the exact Sharjah starting point, Dubai destination, journey time and required vehicle positioning—not automatically at the same amount as a Dubai-origin day duty.

08How far is Sharjah from Dubai by road?+

It depends entirely on the neighbourhoods. A central Dubai–Sharjah city trip may be roughly 20–45 km; a crossing between adjacent districts can be shorter, while Dubai Marina, Jebel Ali, Sajaa or Hamriyah can make it much longer. Send your actual two map pins for a precise route.

09How long does Dubai to Sharjah private group transport take?+

Some typical off-peak city journeys may take roughly 25–50 minutes. During morning and evening traffic, major E11 or E311 journeys may take 60–90 minutes or longer. Boarding, extra stops, industrial access and the exact districts matter. We check your specific reporting time and route rather than guaranteeing these figures.

10Which road will the Dubai–Sharjah bus use?+

Common corridors include Al Ittihad Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311), with other connecting roads as appropriate. The selected route depends on your addresses, live traffic, bus size, safe access and any restrictions.

11Is Dubai to Sharjah E308 a private bus offered by Royal Dream?+

No. Dubai RTA launched public E308 service between Stadium Bus Station and Al Jubail Bus Station in May 2025. Its ticketing and timetable are separate public transport products. We arrange a dedicated bus or van for an agreed group, not public E308 seats.

12Can you organise daily Sharjah to Dubai staff pickup and drop-off?+

Yes, as a dedicated company contract where permissions and operating scope allow. Share accommodation and worksite pins, peak workers per shift, daily trips, days per week, earliest report time and contract length. We build and quote the actual bus route, not seats for individual commuters.

13Do you have a fixed monthly Sharjah to Dubai staff bus price?+

There is no verified fixed price for this particular route in our current public rate guide. The written monthly quotation depends on kilometres, number of round trips, traffic duty time, shift patterns, vehicle size, driver, diesel, permits and agreed services.

14Can we have Al Taawun and Al Nahda pickups in one bus?+

Yes, when both stops are agreed, safe and feasible for the vehicle. Give us passenger numbers at each point and the arrival deadline in Dubai. Extra pickup time in peak congestion can affect the dispatch plan and price.

15Can a bus collect our employees from Muwaileh or Sajaa?+

We can assess pickups from Muwaileh, Sajaa and Sharjah Industrial Areas for contracted group transport. Share the exact accommodation or factory gate, permissions and reporting time. These locations have very different distances from Al Nahda and cannot share one generic fare.

16Can we arrange a bus from Sharjah to Jebel Ali or DIP?+

Yes, subject to a practical and authorised route. These are long cross-city employee journeys, so we need the precise Sharjah starting point, JAFZA/DIP gate, shifts, employee headcount and number of round trips before pricing.

17Do you serve Sharjah Airport group pickups and drop-offs?+

SHJ group transfers can be requested, subject to vehicle/operator permission and terminal access. Send flight and terminal information, arrival or departure deadline, passenger numbers and luggage. The SHJ airport service is not assumed included in a normal city stop.

18Can your rented bus pick up a group at DXB or DWC?+

A Dubai airport pickup is subject to specific rules. Dubai RTA says rented buses under its Naqel arrangement are not allowed to collect passengers at Dubai airports. We must confirm a separately lawful airport-compatible operator and vehicle before promising any pickup; drop-off rules may differ.

19What is included in the quoted fare: driver and fuel?+

Private route bus and coach quotations are arranged with an appropriate driver. Whether fuel, waiting, Salik, parking, permits and other costs are included depends on your written quotation. Guide ranges alone do not guarantee a fully inclusive service.

20Will you charge Salik between Dubai and Sharjah?+

Salik may apply where the actual Dubai road route passes a chargeable gate, including on certain Al Mamzar approaches. We state how tolls are treated in the quotation and do not assume a toll at every border crossing.

21Can we book the same bus for a late-night event return?+

Yes, if the vehicle, driver duty and service timing can be confirmed. Provide the actual event finish and group collection time. Waiting, late hours, return positioning or an additional driver may affect the quote.

22Can I rent the bus without a driver for this route?+

This Dubai–Sharjah private bus, minibus, coach and staff transport service is quoted with driver. Eligible smaller passenger vans may have separate self-drive rental products with different conditions; that is not an individual seat or route-transfer service.

23Does a 15-seat van carry 15 people with many suitcases?+

Not necessarily. The registered seating count is not a promise of luggage space. For hotel or airport groups, give the number and size of bags. We may recommend a bigger vehicle or fewer occupied seats for a comfortable and safe journey.

24What if our factory requires a vehicle gate permit?+

Tell us the exact industrial/free-zone gate and any vehicle, driver or visitor registration requirement. We confirm the practical approval process and identify charges or documents needed before the movement is finalised.

25How do we request a confirmed Dubai ↔ Sharjah quote?+

Share Dubai and Sharjah map pins, whether the trip is one-way, return, day hire or recurring, date(s), departure and reporting times, passenger count, bags and number of pickup stops. For staff add shifts, working days, trips per day and contract months. We send the quote for your actual whole vehicle.
