Meet Royal Dream — The People Behind Your Trip
You are trusting us with your people, not simply renting seats. We help organise private group journeys around the passengers, route, timings and responsibilities that matter to you.
From the first enquiry to the final drop-off, we aim to make the scope clear: who is travelling, which vehicle fits, where the driver reports and what needs checking before departure.
Who we are — meet Royal Dream
Royal Dream is the name you see when arranging a private bus, minibus or passenger-van journey through this website. We focus on the practical details that decide whether a group journey works: a vehicle suited to your headcount, a realistic reporting time, a workable route and an agreed service scope.
One enquiry, one defined movement
Tell us whether you need a one-way transfer, a vehicle kept with your group, an event shuttle or a recurring staff route. We assess that movement before recommending a size.
Know who you are booking with
We can identify the contracting transport provider and operating responsibilities in your written quotation. For any request involving third-party capacity, vehicle and operator details must be confirmed before acceptance.
Our role is to turn your travel brief into a clear vehicle-and-driver plan—not to sell you a bus size you have not checked.
Our approach: details before promises
We build the booking conversation around the things that can actually affect your journey. A pickup pin is not always a legal bus stop. Thirty travellers with airport luggage may need more space than thirty employees with small bags. A site shift at 6:00 AM needs a different reporting plan from a conference shuttle with flexible departure times.
Understand first
We ask about passengers, luggage, collection sequence, reporting time, destination and return arrangements.
Confirm the scope
We explain the service hours, driver arrangement, tolls, parking, permits and changes that could affect the quote.
Keep the plan usable
If an access rule, missing document or unrealistic stop sequence comes up, it should be addressed before the vehicle is dispatched.
Good to know: We would rather clarify the details of your actual journey than offer an unsupported promise about every possible route.
Who we transport
Different groups have different pressure points. Tell us which situation looks like yours so we can focus on what could go wrong and what must be confirmed.
Colleagues with a schedule
Office commuting, site meetings and visiting teams require clear reporting times, pickup sequences and a contact who can coordinate changes.
Corporate transportPeople who cannot miss a shift
Recurring staff and labour services depend on headcount by shift, worker accommodation, site access, early departures and replacement arrangements where agreed.
Staff transportGuests moving together
Event planners and visiting delegations need staging locations, venue gates, luggage estimates and a clear plan for multiple collections or departures.
Event shuttlesA comfortable arrival and return
Families, hotel parties and private groups benefit from the right luggage space, a confirmed meeting point and sensible buffer time. Airport collection may require separate operator authorisation.
Airport planningThe people behind your journey
Your enquiry begins with a real booking contact. Behind a properly confirmed service are several responsibilities—not just the person driving the bus. We want you to know what to ask and who should handle the answer.
Bookings & requirements
Your enquiry contact collects the route, date, reporting time, passenger count and service type; clarify the contract and quotation before confirming.
Driver & route coordination
The confirmed operator coordinates vehicle class, named driver, pickup sequence, access constraints and documents required for the agreed journey.
Service communication
Keep one company contact for approved route changes, updated timings, waiting questions or service problems. The written service scope determines what is included.
How we plan and manage your booking
Here is the six-step handover we want you to understand before committing a group to a journey.
- 01
Send your journey
Share passenger count, luggage, pickup and drop-off pins, date, reporting time, stops and return needs.
- 02
We review the route
Check practical vehicle size, access conditions, journey timing, service mode and any permit questions.
- 03
Receive a clear quotation
Read the rate together with fuel, Salik, parking, overtime, waiting, VAT and relevant permit treatment.
- 04
Confirm the booking
Agree the operating hours, route, vehicle class, passenger details, payment and change arrangements.
- 05
Coordinate dispatch
The operator confirms driver and vehicle arrangements, reporting point and pre-service requirements.
- 06
Operate & follow up
Use the agreed contact for pickup coordination, authorised changes and any issue during service.
Good to know: A quotation or availability discussion is not the same as a confirmed booking. Keep the written confirmation with your journey details.
Our approach to choosing the vehicle
You do not need to select a model before contacting us. We look first at the people and what they are carrying, then the route, comfort expectations, entry restrictions and actual seating configuration.

Passenger vans and MPVs
A good match for compact business parties or families when luggage and spare seating are considered.

Minibuses
Useful for organised office teams and medium-size groups, provided the allocated vehicle has enough room for bags and any equipment.

Coaches and workforce buses
Coach layouts can offer touring comfort and luggage bays; staff-focused buses prioritise seating and shift capacity. They should not be treated as identical products.
View busesGood to know: The photographs illustrate vehicle categories in our website fleet library. The final assigned vehicle, seats, interior and ownership or operating arrangements must be confirmed for your actual booking.
Safety, insurance and operating permissions
Safety and compliance are not a single sticker on a windscreen. The vehicle, driver, operator, route and journey type must fit together. Requirements can change when a bus crosses emirates or collects passengers at a restricted facility.
Check the operator and vehicle
Confirm that the company carrying your group is authorised for the booked passenger service and that the vehicle is appropriately registered, maintained and insured.
Check the driver and duty
The driver must have the appropriate licence and professional authorisation for the specific vehicle and service. Working hours and realistic travel times matter.
Check the pickup permissions
Airports, free zones, hotels, venues and cross-emirate routes may have additional access rules or permits. Standard city bus rental approval should not be assumed to cover every pickup.
Ask about disruption handling
If a vehicle problem occurs, your agreement should make clear the operational contact and any replacement or service-continuity arrangement that applies.
Good to know: We confirm operational and regulatory responsibilities case by case; we do not claim universal permits or unrestricted airport pickup access.
Read the UAE permits guideClear quotations and honest communication
A lower headline price is not always a lower total cost. You should be able to see exactly what the offer covers before making a decision.
What we define
Vehicle capacity, driver arrangement, route, service date, reporting and release times, return journey and scheduled stops.
What we clarify
Fuel, Salik or other tolls, parking, access or permit fees, VAT, waiting, overtime and any additional kilometres where relevant.
What can change the price
Extra stops, changed shifts, larger luggage loads, a different operating emirate, venue restrictions or changes in vehicle or duty length.
What to retain
Keep the written quotation, booking confirmation, contact number and cancellation or change terms for reference.
Good to know: For published price guides, use the relevant vehicle or service page. The About page explains how a quotation is prepared, not a second tariff.
From Dubai to the wider UAE — with route planning
A company’s service area is only useful if it tells you whether the vehicle can actually operate your planned route. We discuss where passengers board, where they finish and how often the movement repeats before confirming inter-emirate work.
Dubai workplaces and business districts
Routes may involve Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park, Al Quoz, Business Bay or hotel and exhibition districts. Exact site entrances and reporting points matter more than broad area names.
Sharjah and northern emirates
Group movements may connect Sharjah industrial locations, Sajaa, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah or Umm Al Quwain with Dubai, subject to the selected operator, route and permits.
Abu Dhabi and longer distances
Longer journeys and recurring staff transport require a realistic operating window, driver arrangements, mileage and any applicable inter-emirate permissions.
Good to know: UAE coverage is a service-planning scope, not a guarantee that every vehicle can operate every route.
Explore locationsWhen plans change, you should know what happens next
The time to agree on changes is before they become a roadside surprise. Here is how to raise common issues with the booking or operations contact.
Your group will arrive late
Let your booking contact know as soon as the timing changes. Waiting, venue access and a driver’s next duty can affect what is possible.
You need another stop or more passengers
Send the revised address, headcount and luggage requirement before departure. Extra stops or a larger vehicle need confirmation.
The vehicle has a problem
Report it through the agreed operational channel. Any backup or replacement is handled according to the confirmed service arrangement.
The same route runs every week
Tell us when shifts, pickup points or monthly headcount change so the operating plan and contract can be reviewed.
Get to know us — start with your journey
You can speak with our booking contact before choosing a vehicle. Send us the details that matter to your passengers and we can discuss the appropriate next step.
For a one-off journey
Send the date, pickup, destination, departure or reporting time, passenger count, luggage and return plan.
For staff or contract transport
Send the route, pickup sequence, number of employees per shift, days per week, timing, expected mileage and fuel preference.
