UAE Intercity Bus & Van Transfer Prices
Compare the same rates published on the Royal Dream homepage. Dubai-to-Abu-Dhabi one-way rates are different from the “other UAE city/day” planning guide. Neither is a per-seat fare.
Homepage intercity transfer planning rates
| Complete vehicle | Dubai → Abu Dhabi · one-way | Other UAE city / day guide |
|---|---|---|
| 7–10 Seater Car / MPV | AED 599–699 | AED 699–799 |
| 12–15 Seater Van | AED 699–750 | AED 799–899 |

All figures are whole-vehicle planning guides, not guaranteed fixed fares. The “other UAE city/day” column is a day-hire guide, NOT a Sharjah/Ajman/RAK one-way fare. Final quotations reflect route, time, fuel, driver, permits, tolls, vehicle positioning, waiting and VAT.
Please request a route-specific quote with your actual pickups, destinations, timing and vehicle.
Request route quote ↗Longer routes may affect vehicle positioning, driver availability and the return arrangement.
Request route quote ↗Quote by shifts, working days, mileage, driver arrangements, permits and contract scope—not a daily price multiplied by 26.
Request route quote ↗Exact route & stops
Starting point, final gate, stop sequence and any empty vehicle positioning affect time and distance.
One-way / return
Confirm outward and return timings; a waiting vehicle is different from two separate journeys.
Vehicle & luggage
A work shift with hand luggage needs different storage than a coach full of suitcases.
Staff shifts & days
Share headcount per shift, number of trips, working days and contract term for monthly planning.
Driver, fuel & tolls
Your final quotation states whether fuel, driver, Salik, DARB, parking and permits are included.
Timing & operational needs
Night shifts, waiting, site access, overtime, driver accommodation and extra drivers can change the scope.
Choose a Van, Minibus, Staff Bus or Luxury Coach
Select capacity after checking actual seated passengers, luggage and the journey. A large-capacity staff bus is not the same as a luggage coach.

7–10 Seater MPV / Car
Small teams and private groups. Passengers plus cases; check practical luggage capacity.

12–15 Seater Passenger Van
Small staff groups, family and business transfers. Do not assume full seats plus large suitcases.

16–20 Seater Sprinter / Minibus
Small corporate and meeting groups. Check seat layout, driver hours and luggage.

22–30 Seater Minibus / Coaster
Medium staff routes and event groups. Best capacity depends on bags and route length.

40–50+ Seater Luxury Coach
Large groups with luggage and long intercity rides. Confirm luggage hold, actual coach seating and access.

60–67 Seater Staff Bus
High-headcount work shifts with light personal bags. Not a luxury luggage coach; site access and permits matter.
One-Way, Return, Full-Day & Monthly Transport
The same city pair can require very different operations. Tell us the journey format before we price it.
One-way group transfer
One reserved vehicle for one agreed journey. Provide origin and final destination, departure time and passenger count.
Same-day return
A planned outward and return journey. Please specify the return departure time and whether any standby time is needed.
Full-day and multi-stop
Keep the vehicle on an agreed operating window for site visits, events or group movements; provide each planned stop.
Recurring staff transport
One or more fixed routes with shifts, days and monthly service arrangements. Send per-shift headcount and site reporting times.
Pickup, Drop-Off & Multiple Stops
Useful routes start with exact pins, not just city names. The pickup sequence, boarding area and last destination determine whether one vehicle can meet the required time.
Accommodation and labour camps
Send every camp or residential pickup pin, the number boarding at each point and the agreed shift reporting time.
Corporate offices and hotels
Tell us the office tower, hotel entrance or group assembly area and whether there is practical parking/loading space.
Industrial site and project gates
Share JAFZA, DIP, KEZAD, Al Quoz or other site gate numbers, security or access instructions and passenger counts.
Additional stops and changes
An extra stop may affect traffic, mileage, permits and driver hours. Plan it before confirmation to avoid a surprise charge.
Staff & Corporate Transport Between Emirates
For daily staff movement, reliability depends on matching a practical bus size and route to the shift—not simply ordering the cheapest bus. Send a route sheet with the real operation.
Example: Sharjah → Jebel Ali
Illustrative request: 60 staff, six working days per week, morning reporting and evening return. We need exact staff pickup points, Jebel Ali site gate and both shift times to confirm a suitable vehicle.
Shift counts, not just total staff
A site with three shifts may need overlapping trips or a second driver. Provide the peak number on each shift and any shift changeover overlap.
Contract and working days
Monthly cost depends on six versus seven days, holidays, contract length, total mileage, route revisions and driver arrangements.
Vehicle backup and continuity
A quotation should state the proposed service continuity or replacement arrangements and who handles breakdown reporting.
Corporate, Event & Private Group Routes
If your group is not commuting every day, we can still plan a complete-vehicle intercity trip. Tell us how long the vehicle is required and what guests carry.
Conferences and exhibitions
A Dubai company organising 25 colleagues for an Abu Dhabi event can request one minibus with specified arrival and return times.
Client meetings and site visits
Move a visiting team across several office or project stops in one booked vehicle, with an agreed operating window.
Hotel and event guest groups
Coach allocation depends on passengers, suitcases, drop-off access and venue reporting time; choose storage over extra seats where needed.
Factory and project mobilisation
Move work teams between emirates for planned installations, audits and temporary projects with confirmed site access.
Driver, Fuel, Tolls, Waiting & Operating Costs
Before booking, we give you a written scope of what is included and excluded. Two journeys with the same passengers may cost differently if distance, hours, tolls or staffing change.
Driver and vehicle
We confirm the vehicle category, driver assignment, operating window and whether an additional driver is needed for the schedule.
Fuel, Salik and DARB
The quote shows how fuel and applicable Dubai/Abu Dhabi tolls are handled. Charges depend on route, crossing points and time.
Parking, permits and gate access
Parking, commercial transport permits and site access are checked for the actual route and customer/vehicle arrangement.
Waiting, overtime and accommodation
We define driver waiting, additional stops, overtime and accommodation responsibility in writing before confirming the service.
Inter-Emirate Permits, Safety & Operations
A cross-emirate route must fit the actual operator, vehicle, driver and passenger transport rules. We check the commercial scope and relevant permissions rather than assuming one approval covers every route.
Dubai RTA Naqel — specific contracted staff routes
RTA Naqel rented-bus permits cover qualifying contracted employee journeys from other emirates into Dubai and back on the same day. Companies declare approved routes and pickup/drop-off points. It is not a general permission for all passenger trips.
Abu Dhabi Mobility / Asateel
Commercial passenger-bus activity in Abu Dhabi emirate can require company operation, bus vehicle and driver permits through Asateel, as applicable.
Driver hours, insurance and vehicle fit
We assess the actual driver-hours arrangement, seating configuration, insurance and operational plan before a final service confirmation.
Vehicle positioning and breakdown planning
Empty travel, secure parking, restricted site access and backup arrangements are considered where relevant to a long or recurring route.

How to Choose the Right Route & Service
We can suggest the vehicle and operating format once you tell us the practical requirements.
Starting with a city pair?
Open the relevant private route guide and send exact addresses—not just Dubai and Sharjah.
Starting with passenger count?
Check the fleet options, luggage needs and whether all passengers travel at the same time.
Starting with staff shift times?
Send an employee route sheet with boarding points, peak shifts, reporting times, number of days and contract dates.
How to Book Private Intercity Group Transport
Tell us where the group starts, where it must arrive, its size and the timing. For recurring staff transport, include each shift, trip count and working days. We will review routing, capacity, access and permits, then prepare a written quotation.

Private UAE Intercity Routes & Transfers FAQs
Simple answers to the questions customers ask when booking a whole bus or recurring staff route.
01Is this a public intercity bus or a private booking?+
It is a private whole-vehicle service for your group. You reserve the agreed van, minibus, bus or coach, not an individual seat or a public-bus ticket.
02Can I book a complete bus from Dubai to Abu Dhabi?+
Yes, send the exact pickup and destination, journey date, departure time, passengers, luggage and whether you need the vehicle to return. See the Dubai–Abu Dhabi private transport guide for this route.
03How much does a Dubai to Abu Dhabi private bus cost?+
The table on this page uses the homepage Dubai-to-Abu-Dhabi one-way planning ranges by vehicle category. Your quotation depends on the actual addresses, route length, driver schedule, tolls and stops.
04How much is a private Dubai to Sharjah transfer?+
We quote the actual Dubai–Sharjah journey after receiving the pickup points, shift or travel time, vehicle size and return requirement. We do not label the homepage “other UAE city/day” price as a Sharjah one-way fare.
05Can I book a private bus from Sharjah to Dubai?+
You can request an organised group or staff route in either direction. We confirm operating permissions, both endpoints, the vehicle and practical traffic-sensitive schedule before agreeing the service.
06Do you sell seats for the Dubai to Sharjah bus?+
No. Our Routes service is not an individual passenger ticket, Nol service, shared van or public bus. A customer books the complete vehicle for a defined group.
07Can I arrange Ajman to JAFZA staff pickup and drop-off?+
Yes, as a quotation request. Provide Ajman accommodation locations, JAFZA gate, employee counts per shift, working days and both reporting times. We assess permits and vehicle deployment before confirming.
08Do you provide monthly staff transport between emirates?+
Yes. Monthly route pricing is calculated using shifts, distance, passengers, working days, daily journeys, drivers, vehicle allocation and applicable permissions. It is not a daily guide multiplied by 26.
09What is the difference between one-way and same-day return?+
One-way covers a single agreed passenger journey. A same-day return covers outward and return legs on the agreed day. The vehicle might remain on standby or be repositioned, so provide both timings.
10Can I rent a bus for a full-day intercity trip?+
You can request a planned full-day service with an agreed operating window. Tell us the stops and schedule. The homepage “other UAE city/day” table is only a planning guide, not a quote for every route.
11Can our bus make several pickup stops?+
Yes where the routing, traffic, permits and stopping points permit them. Supply the boarding sequence and passenger count at each stop before the quote.
12Can you pick up employees from several camps?+
Send each camp address or map pin, headcount, shift reporting time and site entrance. A route with many camp stops may require a different vehicle or earlier departure.
13Which vehicle is right for 15 passengers?+
A 12–15-seat van can be suitable depending on the actual seating layout and luggage. For everyone travelling with large suitcases, we may advise a larger vehicle.
14What vehicle is suitable for 30 employees?+
A roughly 30-seat minibus may suit one light-luggage shift. If headcount can rise or the route needs equipment space, we will check a larger vehicle.
15Can I book a 60–67 seater bus for staff transport?+
Yes, request the high-capacity staff-bus category and give exact passengers, sites, shift timings and any baggage. This class is generally intended for workforce movement, not luxury touring.
16Are driver and fuel included in the rate?+
The precise inclusion is stated in the written quotation. Driver, fuel, overtime, tolls and permits should never be assumed included for every route.
17Are Salik and DARB toll charges included?+
The price will identify whether applicable Dubai Salik or Abu Dhabi DARB tolls are included or charged separately. The actual route and chargeable times determine the amount.
18Are return trips on the same day cheaper?+
There is no universal discount because a return may involve waiting time or empty positioning. Tell us the two trip times to receive one clear scope and quote.
19What if our work shifts change during the contract?+
Changes to shift count, time, distance or passenger load can affect vehicle/driver planning and charges. Ask the booking team for an agreed contract variation before the change begins.
20Are buses allowed to cross into another emirate?+
Cross-emirate operations must meet the applicable operator, driver and vehicle permissions. For example, Dubai RTA Naqel covers certain contracted employee journeys and Abu Dhabi uses Asateel for regulated commercial bus permits.
21Can we request early morning or late-night transport?+
Yes, provide the actual times, work pattern and dates for an availability and driver-hours check. Do not assume an unquoted second shift is included.
22Do you provide a replacement bus if the first bus breaks down?+
Replacement arrangements depend on the vehicle type, service area and signed agreement. Your quotation should identify how breakdowns and response arrangements are handled.
23Can we travel from Dubai to Fujairah or Al Ain?+
We accept private group and staff route enquiries for these destinations. Provide the exact destination, luggage, start time, return pattern and practical driver arrangements.
24Can I ask for both a one-way and a monthly quotation?+
Yes. Tell us your immediate trip and the proposed recurring schedule separately so we can price each without mixing operating scopes.
25Do you also handle airport transfers?+
Yes, but an airport journey needs separate terminal, flight, vehicle and airport-access checks. Please use the dedicated Airport Transfers section for airport-related bookings.
26How do I book private intercity transport?+
Submit pickup and drop-off addresses, date, pickup/return times, passengers, luggage, stop list and preferred vehicle. For staff routes also send shifts, working days and contract duration. We review the request and send a quotation; submitting the form does not confirm a booking.
