The Services page does not create a second tariff. Short-term figures below are pulled from the same homepage pricing table, so a service card cannot quietly show a cheaper or conflicting vehicle rate.

ROUTE / PERMIT CHECK
Local Dubai movements and cross-emirate transport do not always use the same operating setup. RTA's current rented-bus framework requires declared loading/unloading points and applicable permits, while Naqel rules can apply to qualifying employee transport entering Dubai from another emirate. We check the actual route before confirmation.

Current RTA Naqel guidance states that bus-rental companies cannot pick passengers up from Dubai airports under the rented-bus arrangement and may only drop passengers there without a permit. Airport operating eligibility is therefore checked against the real vehicle/operator setup before a booking is promised.

02Do your transport services include a professional driver?+
Yes for the managed bus, minibus and coach services shown on this page. A separate without-driver product is limited to selected eligible passenger vans and is handled under its own rental terms.
03Can you arrange daily staff transportation?+
Yes. Send pickup points, workplace or site, service days, shift times, normal and peak headcount, and expected route mileage. We then match the vehicle and recurring operating plan.
04Do you provide monthly and annual transport contracts?+
Yes. Monthly and longer-term contracts are built around the route, working days, trips or shifts, duty hours, mileage, fuel basis, vehicle class and operating responsibilities.
05Can you manage several buses for one event?+
Yes, subject to fleet availability and the confirmed event plan. Send the guest count by movement wave, hotel/pickup hubs, venue, staging instructions, first/last movement time and organiser contact.
06Can you arrange multiple pickup points?+
Yes. For staff, corporate and event transport, we can plan a pickup sequence or clusters. The number of stops, traffic direction and required arrival time affect the timetable and price.
07Do you provide transport between Dubai and other Emirates?+
Yes, subject to the operating and permit requirements for the route and selected vehicle. Tell us whether the movement is one-way, return, wait-and-return or full-day.
08How do you choose the right vehicle for my service?+
We start with the peak passenger count, luggage, route, trip type and operating hours. We use the smallest practical vehicle that fits the group comfortably instead of recommending extra capacity without a reason.
09Are fuel, Salik and parking included?+
They are included or excluded exactly as stated in the quotation. The service form lets you tell us whether you want fuel included; Salik, parking, permits/access and waiting are confirmed for the real route.
10Can a replacement vehicle be provided if needed?+
For recurring or contract services, backup and replacement arrangements can be included in the agreed scope. A replacement may be a different model but should meet the confirmed passenger and operating requirement.
11How early should I book event or corporate transportation?+
As early as practical, especially for exhibitions, peak event dates, large fleets or premium vehicles. Early booking gives more time to confirm vehicle availability, staging, venue access and the movement schedule.
12What information do you need for an accurate quotation?+
Send the service type if known, passengers, pickup, destination, date or start date, reporting time, return/release time, working days, trips/shifts, luggage, preferred vehicle if any, fuel requirement and any site, hotel, airport or venue instructions.
