Private Bus Tours & Group Trips Across the UAE
Planning a Dubai city tour, an Abu Dhabi day trip, a Hatta outing or a group excursion elsewhere in the UAE? Tell us how many people are going, which places you want to visit and how long you need the vehicle. We will help you choose one private bus or van with a professional driver.
You book the complete vehicle for your own group—not individual tour seats. If you need a licensed tour guide for commentary, request that separately when you ask for a quotation.

Start with one of the planned tour pages below. Each linked tour guide will be published separately; until then, you can request the same trip through this page.

Sample Group Itineraries You Can Adapt
These are sensible sample stop sequences, not promises that every paid attraction fits into one day. Tell us which stops matter most.
Dubai city highlights
Dubai local · 5–10 hours depending on stops
Hotel pickup → Al Fahidi / Creek → Jumeirah photo stop → Palm area → Downtown / Fountain → return. Select fewer attractions if entering museums or viewpoints.
Abu Dhabi culture day
Longer day from Dubai · day-rate planning guide
Dubai pickup → Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque → Corniche / Heritage Village → Qasr Al Watan or Saadiyat Museum → Dubai return. Confirm ticket slots and departure times.
Hatta scenic outing
Full-day or tailored outing
Dubai pickup → Hatta scenic area → accessible viewpoint → booked activity if chosen → return. Group coach access to Hatta viewpoints is checked ahead.
Al Ain heritage group trip
Long-distance / full day
Pickup → Al Ain Oasis → Al Jahili Fort → optional zoo or Jebel Hafit viewpoint → return. Coach parking and driver duty influence final allocation.
Tour Bus With Driver — Guide Optional
The driver gets your group between agreed stops. A licensed guide can provide attraction information and commentary, but is not automatically included or guaranteed in every language.
Vehicle + driver
Your group chooses the itinerary and organises admission. We quote the agreed vehicle, driver, duration and transport arrangements.
Vehicle + licensed guide on request
Tell us the language and itinerary. We will check whether a qualified guide can be arranged, then quote guiding as a separate line item.
Transport-only partner bookings
Hotels, travel firms and event planners can arrange an agreed bus and driver for their own guests, subject to required operating permissions.
Half-Day, Full-Day and Multi-Day Group Tours
Choose the time required for the entire vehicle duty—from reporting and pickup to final drop-off. Waiting at attractions still uses the booked vehicle time.
5-hour Dubai tour
Choose a few nearby highlights rather than many distant stops. The homepage 5-hour guide is only for the stated Dubai rental scope.
10-hour Dubai tour
Useful for more stops, museum entry and comfortable breaks. Check ticket slots before you fix the sequence.
UAE day trip
Abu Dhabi, Hatta, Al Ain or east-coast destinations require route-specific duty and mileage planning.
Two or more days
Specify daily start/finish, driver accommodation, parking, route permits and each overnight vehicle duty. We will quote the contract.
Hotel Pickups, Attraction Stops & Return Planning
One pickup point is usually easiest. Multiple hotels or a large conference group require a boarding sequence and designated coach loading areas.
Hotel / office pickup
Send the hotel entrance or exact map pin, group contact and planned passenger count. The stopping point must accept your vehicle size.
Museum / attraction boarding
Some places permit coach drop-offs but not long-term bus parking; others need tickets or prior group coordination.
Cruise or airport connections
Entry/collection rights at ports and airports must be verified for the actual vehicle category. Do not assume unrestricted pickup.
Return and late finish
Tell us the latest return reporting time. Allow for traffic, prayer / venue schedules and parking exit queues.
What Is Included — and What Is Extra?
Transport quotes should never hide the difference between your private bus hire and optional visitor experiences. Confirm each inclusion in the written quotation.
Bus, driver and agreed trip
The written quotation states the vehicle, route, passenger arrangement, rental hours and driver coverage.
Fuel, Salik / DARB and parking
These may be included or excluded depending on the confirmed offer. Attraction coach parking is not automatically covered.
Guide and attraction admission
Licensed guiding, museum entries, special attraction activities, food and refreshments are separate unless quoted in writing.
Changes and contingencies
Extra stops, waiting, overtime, multi-driver operation, vehicle replacement and date changes follow the booking terms.
Group Trips for Hotels, Businesses and Delegations
Whether you are a hotel concierge organising guest sightseeing or an HR coordinator arranging staff recreation, tell us who is travelling and who will lead the group.
Hotel visitor parties
Collect a known guest group at the hotel and return them after an agreed selection of attractions.
Corporate outings
Arrange 15–80+ staff using one or several suitable buses with one meeting point or a planned pickup sequence.
Conference / exhibition delegations
Coordinate visitor sightseeing around event finish times and the coach loading plan.
Travel agent transport support
Hire a private vehicle and driver for your organised customers; guiding and ticketing remain separately defined services.
Safety, Licensing and Tour-Day Operations
Before you confirm, we check the vehicle class, driver arrangements and applicable tourist-transport or inter-emirate permissions. A coach route also needs suitable stopping areas.
Licensed operations
Tourist passenger transport can require separate authority approval from standard rented-bus work. Service is subject to the correct licences and permits.
Qualified guide where selected
Guide availability depends on language, schedule and a suitably licensed person; your professional driver is not automatically a guide.
Safe stop and vehicle fit
Historic districts, mountain viewpoints and narrow access roads may need a different drop-off or smaller vehicle.
Changes and backup
We discuss contingency arrangements and alternate vehicle terms in writing; replacement is subject to the agreed service scope.
Request a Private Tour Bus Quotation
Tell us your date, hotel pickup, places to visit, number of passengers and whether you need a guide. We will check availability and send the scope of transport costs in writing.
1. Tell us your group and places
Choose approximate passenger count, date, hotel / office pickup and desired attractions.
2. Confirm vehicle, access and inclusions
We check hours, coach parking, route permits and whether optional guide services are possible.
3. Receive and confirm your quotation
You receive the agreed transport price, exclusions and booking conditions before confirmation.
Private Bus Tours UAE — Frequently Asked Questions
These answers are about complete-vehicle transport for your own group. They are not public excursion tickets or per-person tour prices.
01Do you sell tour tickets for one passenger?+
No. Royal Dream arranges a complete bus, minibus or van for your private group. We do not sell seats on public sightseeing excursions. Attractions independently sell their own tickets.
02Is a professional driver included?+
Our private group tour transport is planned with a professional driver. The final quote confirms the exact vehicle, duty time and any route-specific operating costs.
03Is a licensed tour guide included?+
Not automatically. A qualified, licensed guide can be requested separately. Tell us the language and visiting plan so we can check availability and the additional cost.
04How much is a five-hour private Dubai tour bus?+
Your starting vehicle hire guide is the published homepage Dubai 5-hour rate for the chosen seat category. The actual itinerary, pickups, tickets and operating costs determine the final tour quote.
05Can we book a ten-hour Dubai sightseeing bus?+
Yes, ask for the 10-hour Dubai full-day rental scope. Driving between stops, attraction waiting and final drop-off count toward booked duty time.
06How much is a private Abu Dhabi day trip from Dubai?+
The homepage has a separate Dubai-to-Abu Dhabi full-day guide by vehicle size. That does not include attraction admission and is not a fixed all-inclusive sightseeing package.
07Does the bus hire price include museum entrance fees?+
Not unless your written quotation specifically says so. Our destination guide lists admission fees independently from transport, with links to the official attraction sources.
08Can the group choose its own stops?+
Yes. Send the places in priority order and we will check travel time, bus access, parking and realistic time at each attraction before confirming the route.
09Are the entrance prices shown on this page final?+
No. They are published planning references checked on the date shown. Ticket operators can change rates by season, event, age, nationality, group size or time slot.
10Why are some attractions marked “check official price”?+
The attraction may have changing admission, seasonal tickets or conflicting official information. We prefer a clear official verification link rather than inventing a price.
11Can we arrange a tour from a hotel in Sharjah or Ajman?+
You can request a pickup from those emirates. A Dubai-origin homepage rate is not automatically valid: we quote the actual route and any applicable operating permissions.
12Which vehicle suits a group of 20 or 25 visitors?+
A 22–30-seat minibus may be suitable for many groups, but large luggage loads, passenger comfort and attraction access can change the recommendation.
13Can a large coach visit Hatta Dam?+
Access to particular Hatta locations is not guaranteed for a large coach. We check vehicle restrictions, turning areas and permitted parking and may recommend a different stop or vehicle.
14Can we arrange multiple coaches for 100 guests?+
Yes, request a multi-vehicle quotation. Send the headcount, group-leader contacts, pickup sequence and timing so we can plan individual coach loading.
15What if our bus waits while we visit an attraction?+
Agreed waiting is part of vehicle duty and may affect the rental hours. Extra waiting beyond the quote is subject to the confirmed overtime terms.
16Can we make different hotel pickups before the tour?+
Yes, if suitable stopping locations and the timetable allow it. List each pickup and passenger count; multiple collection points can increase duty time.
17Does the tour bus include Salik, DARB and parking?+
Please check the written quote. Tolls and site-specific parking may be included or excluded and should be agreed before you book.
18Are food, drinks and attraction activities included?+
No, not as a default. Those costs are separate unless the approved quotation explicitly includes them.
19Can a private bus collect cruise passengers?+
Only where the operator, vehicle and driver hold the applicable permissions for the cruise terminal. Send vessel, port, arrival time and boarding deadline for checking.
20Are your tours suitable for company staff outings?+
Yes. Company and group bookings can be tailored to an agreed site, event or sightseeing day. Provide shifts or staff pickup locations if applicable.
21Can a company book a group tour for multiple days?+
Yes, subject to route planning and availability. We check daily driver hours, vehicle parking, accommodation where needed and any inter-emirate transport requirements.
22Are your vehicles insured and maintained?+
We check the vehicle and driver arrangements needed for the confirmed service. Applicable insurance, maintenance and backup terms should be specified in your quotation.
23Can you provide a guide in Arabic, English, Urdu or Hindi?+
Tell us your preferred language. Guide language and availability are checked individually and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
24Can we book a tour to Al Ain or Fujairah from Dubai?+
Yes, request a private full-day or tailored group trip. Those journeys need distance, hours, return route and relevant permissions considered separately from the Dubai-local guide.
25Can passengers bring large suitcases?+
Yes, when a suitable vehicle has the space. Please count large cases separately from passengers; a full minibus may not have enough spare storage.
26What happens if an attraction is closed on the tour day?+
We can discuss an alternative compatible stop, but any route change, tickets, extra time or parking need confirmation before altering the agreed service.
27Is your Hatta or East Coast trip a standard city-tour price?+
No. Long-distance destinations, extra mileage, driver duty and access require route-specific quotes. We do not present local Dubai five-hour rates as those tour fares.
28How far in advance should our group book?+
Early enquiries help when you need several buses, weekend dates, attraction group reservations or a licensed guide. Availability is confirmed only when we review the details.
29What do you need to quote our group tour?+
Tell us the date, reporting time, pickup and final drop-off, group size, luggage, priority stops, total duration, preferred bus and optional guide requirements.
30Does Royal Dream book admission tickets for us?+
This Tours hub is for private vehicle and driver enquiries. Unless a specific separate arrangement is agreed, buy and confirm attraction tickets with the official venue.
31Is a tour bus the same as a tourist transport permit?+
No. Relevant operator, vehicle, driver and guide approvals depend on the activity and emirate. We check the needed permissions before confirming a particular tour operation.
32Can we cancel or amend a group tour?+
Booking amendments, date changes and cancellation charges depend on the agreed quotation and contract terms. Request the written policy before paying a deposit.
