Current Dubai market research shows specialised VIP Sprinters and luxury-vehicle operators can price far above standard passenger-transport vehicles; those figures are used only to check positioning, while Royal Dream's published fleet prices remain the controlling rates.

Dubai RTA regulates passenger transport by rented buses and passenger transport by luxury motor vehicles as separate activities.
