Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi Private Bus, Van & Staff Transport

Need one vehicle to move your staff, visiting team or event guests between Sharjah and Abu Dhabi? Tell us your actual boarding points, destination, passenger count and timing. We will recommend a private van, minibus, bus or coach, then quote the whole journey for your group.

Book a complete vehicle with a driver for your own people: one-way, return, day duty or a recurring company route. We do not sell single passenger tickets, seats on route 117, shared car-lift spaces or metered taxi trips. Travel can start in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.

01ROAD / REAL TRAVEL TIME

Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi Private Transport: Distance, Travel Time & Route Planning

A central Sharjah to Abu Dhabi city road journey is roughly 160 km for one common station-to-station example. Your real pickup-to-drop-off distance can be noticeably shorter or longer: Al Nahda is not Hamriyah, and Yas Island or Abu Dhabi Airport is not Mussafah or the Corniche. For a private bus, allow approximately 2–3 hours as an initial planning window for many city-to-city movements, plus extra time for heavy traffic, stops and large-vehicle access. We check your map pins and reporting deadline instead of promising a fixed journey time.

STARTING POINTS

Al Jubail is a comparison point, not your required pickup

The publicly listed Al Jubail–Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station corridor is around 161 km. Your private group is collected at the agreed hotel, camp, workplace or approved meeting point—not automatically at a public terminal.

MAIN ROAD CORRIDOR

Through Dubai on suitable E11 / E311 connections

Most road itineraries use the wider Sharjah–Dubai–Abu Dhabi highway network. The driver chooses the practical E11, E311 and onward connections for the specific bus, road conditions and pickup districts; we do not promise one fixed highway.

BUS DUTY

Plan loading, driver hours and the long return

A one-way group drop may involve a return positioning drive without passengers. A same-day two-leg booking can occupy much of a driver shift. Tell us if the bus must wait, return empty or run separate morning and evening trips.

PUBLIC 117 BUS

Ticketed intercity service is a different product

Sharjah SRTA lists its 117 public intercity service between Al Jubail and Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station. Its published timetable and individual passenger fares do not set the price or schedule of your privately booked whole vehicle.

02PRIVATE VEHICLE / FULL-DAY REFERENCE

Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi Private Bus, Minibus & Van Transfer Prices

These AED figures are our existing homepage "Other UAE city / day" guides for hiring an entire vehicle on a suitable inter-emirate day assignment. Use them only as an initial budget benchmark for the Sharjah–Abu Dhabi corridor, not a guaranteed Sharjah-origin quotation, one-way fare or per-person price. We will confirm a route-specific rate after checking the exact addresses, long driving duty, vehicle positioning, stops, date and driver/fuel arrangements. Longer or more complex Sharjah–Abu Dhabi jobs can cost above the broad homepage guide.

The day figures below are whole-vehicle intercity planning benchmarks taken from the current Royal Dream homepage. The page does NOT publish a fixed Sharjah–Abu Dhabi one-way, same-day return or monthly rental tariff because that requires the actual trip and duty details.

Private vehicle categoryDubai → Abu Dhabi one-way guideOther UAE city / day guide (separate scope)
Amounts are AED for the ENTIRE reserved vehicle; not per seat and not public Route 117 fares. The guide bands are copied from the homepage other-UAE-city/day category and may not cover a longer Sharjah–Abu Dhabi duty. A written quote specifies vehicle, driver, fuel, distance/hours, applicable 5% VAT, route tolls, parking, operating permits, waiting, overtime and any special access fees. Airport or industrial-site entry is checked before confirmation.
7–10 SEATER · INTERCITY DAY REFERENCE

AED 699–799 · Entire MPV

Existing homepage other-UAE-city/day planning band, suitable only for a small booked company or family group when the vehicle layout and luggage allow. It is not a single passenger taxi tariff or a confirmed Sharjah–Abu Dhabi one-way fee.

12–15 SEATER · INTERCITY DAY REFERENCE

AED 799–899 · Entire passenger van

Homepage day-duty guide for one van. Use it to start budgeting for a small staff team, corporate visitor group or hotel transfer. A long Abu Dhabi return duty, Zayed International Airport detour or large luggage may change the final quote.

18–30 SEATER · INTERCITY DAY REFERENCE

AED 999–1,299 · Entire private minibus

Homepage day-duty reference for the complete 18–30 seat minibus category. Useful for a training group or work crew. The exact Coaster capacity, shift hours, Dubai traffic and return positioning are included in our separate route assessment.

33–35 SEATER · INTERCITY DAY REFERENCE

AED 1,099–1,399 · Entire mid-size bus

Homepage other-UAE-city/day guide for a whole 33–35-seat bus. Venue or site gate access, loaded luggage, multiple pickups and a late return may affect the Sharjah–Abu Dhabi written quotation.

40–50 SEATER · INTERCITY DAY REFERENCE

AED 1,499–2,500 · Entire coach

Homepage reference for the whole 40–50-seat luxury coach category. Useful for conference groups, delegations and large hotel movements. Confirm exact licensed seating and baggage-bay space; the service is not charged per seat.

ONE-WAY: EITHER DIRECTION

Custom route quote · No invented fixed fare

Sharjah → Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi → Sharjah are priced from the actual collection point, destination, bus location, time and highway duty. A one-way booking can involve an empty return to the vehicle base; ask for the full whole-vehicle amount.

RETURN / FULL DAY

Custom scope · Wait time or two separate legs

For an early staff pickup and an evening return, send both journey times, stop order and whether the vehicle must remain at the site. We quote the duty and extra driving separately rather than using a misleading one-way multiplier.

MONTHLY / WORKFORCE CONTRACT

Project quotation · Route, shifts and mileage

For 22–30, 35, 50, 60–67 or 71–84 seat contract buses, supply working days per month, staff per shift, round trips, exact camps and project gates, kilometres, shift times and driver accommodation arrangements. No route-specific monthly rate is published until that schedule is confirmed.

Important price distinction: our homepage Dubai → Abu Dhabi one-way guide is for a different origin and cannot be relabelled as a Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi fare. We do not derive a new fixed one-way price from public bus tickets, taxi meters or another operator’s published rate.

03SEATING / BAGGAGE

Best Vehicle Size for Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi Staff and Group Transport

The trip is long enough that correct seats, air conditioning, highway suitability and baggage comfort really matter. Tell us your peak passenger count for each journey, how much luggage they carry and whether the pickup or site gate can handle a full-size bus. We confirm actual vehicle availability before quoting.

04ONE-WAY / RETURN / CONTRACT

One-Way, Return & Recurring Sharjah–Abu Dhabi Bus Service

We plan the driving hours and vehicle positioning for the actual booking. A guest transfer to Yas Island is different from a 26-day shift contract to Mussafah, even if both cross the same two emirates. You tell us what the group needs; we quote the whole vehicle.

SHARJAH → ABU DHABI

Private one-way group drop-off

Collect your organised group from Sharjah offices, hotels, camp locations or approved pickup points and deliver them to an agreed Abu Dhabi destination. Share all pickup stops and arrival deadlines.

ABU DHABI → SHARJAH

Reverse-direction group transfer

Arrange one dedicated bus to bring your corporate team or guest group from Abu Dhabi back to Sharjah. Starting depot and vehicle availability can change the cost, even on the same road.

RETURN / DAY DUTY

Two legs, confirmed waiting and driver hours

Suitable for a delegation or scheduled staff movement that must return the same day. We confirm whether the driver waits, the bus returns empty between legs or a new vehicle is dispatched for the return.

MONTHLY / SHIFT TRANSPORT

Roster-based company bus contract

Use an agreed camp/office/site route for daily staff transport, including fixed shift changes or multiple groups. Send 5/6/7-day operation, trips per day, first and last duty times and contract term.

05EXACT MAP PINS / ACCESS

Sharjah and Abu Dhabi Pickup, Drop-Off & Custom Stops

Sharjah and Abu Dhabi cover large, different districts. A pickup in Muwaileh and an arrival in Khalifa City does not use the same distance or duty as Hamriyah to Mussafah. Send your true map locations so we can plan a legal, accessible boarding point for the selected vehicle.

SHARJAH CITY

Al Nahda, Al Taawun, Al Majaz, Al Khan and Rolla

These are common Sharjah residential, hotel and business collection areas. A large bus may need an agreed nearby stopping place rather than a congested residential frontage. Confirm each boarding count.

SHARJAH EMPLOYEE / INDUSTRIAL

Muwaileh, University City, Sajaa and Hamriyah

For staff moves we can assess pickups at industrial workplaces, approved staff accommodation, University City, Sajaa Industrial Area and Hamriyah Free Zone. Provide the exact security gate, shift time and access requirements.

ABU DHABI CITY

Corniche, Al Reem, Al Zahiyah and Khalidiyah

For meetings, training and group arrivals, tell us the office building, hotel coach bay or venue entrance. Downtown roads can have restrictions on coach boarding or stopping.

ABU DHABI PROJECT / WORKFORCE

Mussafah, MBZ City, KEZAD and Khalifa City

For recurring staff routes or project visits, share the specific company gate, industrial zone, staff count and reporting deadline. KEZAD, Mussafah and Khalifa City are not interchangeable destinations.

AIRPORT / ISLAND CONNECTIONS

AUH (Zayed International), Yas Island and Saadiyat

These Abu Dhabi-area destinations can be served as separately scoped group journeys where bus and operator access is permitted. An airport terminal pickup, Yas event or Saadiyat hotel needs its own arrival plan, baggage count and access check.

MULTIPLE PICKUP POINTS

Plan boarding stops in a workable order

A few agreed Sharjah collection points followed by a distant Abu Dhabi site can add significant travel time. We need the ordered stops and people per stop to decide whether one vehicle and driver can meet the schedule.

06WORKFORCE / CORPORATE

Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi Staff, Labour & Corporate Transport

Long-distance employee transport needs a proper duty plan. We can quote complete buses for your company, but we do not quote individual monthly car-lift seats. Share your headcount and shift roster so the journey meets both your reporting time and the operator’s permit conditions.

COMPANY CAMP TO SITE

Sharjah accommodation → Abu Dhabi worksite

For staff based around Sharjah Industrial Areas, Muwaileh or approved camps travelling to a Mussafah, KEZAD or Abu Dhabi site, provide the true worksite gate, staff loading times and required clock-in deadline.

REVERSE WORKING DIRECTION

Abu Dhabi residence/site → Sharjah workplace

A Sharjah industrial facility with employees accommodated in Abu Dhabi can request a separately planned private bus. We quote its actual morning and evening direction, working days and the empty positioning mileage.

PEAK PASSENGER COUNT

Plan vehicle quantity by each shift, not averages

If 80 staff are spread across three shifts, the largest single departure count and available time between movements determine whether one large bus or multiple smaller vehicles are practical.

MULTI-SHIFT FEASIBILITY

Long intercity journeys restrict vehicle re-use

A journey of around two or more hours each way can make repeated shift loops impractical for one bus and driver. We check layovers, required rest, standby and backup arrangements before committing to a timetable.

WRITTEN CONTRACT TERMS

Mileage, fuel, driver lodging and approvals

We specify 5/6/7 days per week, shift times, daily trips, monthly km estimate, AC requirement, fuel, tolls, driver accommodation if needed, maintenance, insurance, backup, access permits, overtime and applicable VAT.

07GROUPS / EVENTS / AIRPORT

Airport, Staff, Corporate & Private Group Transport Use Cases

Need the group to arrive together rather than meet at a station? We arrange vehicle quotations around a shared itinerary and a suitable coach loading point. Each example below remains a private bus or van booking, not a ticketed public service.

CONFERENCES / BUSINESS VISITS

Sharjah team to an Abu Dhabi meeting

For meetings around Abu Dhabi city, Reem Island or ADNEC-area venues, send your visitor list count, meeting start/end times and any loading-bay instructions. We plan travel buffers and a confirmed pickup point for the return.

YAS ISLAND EVENTS

Same-day private guest-coach itinerary

For a confirmed company function or a private event at Yas Island, tell us the venue, guests per bus, planned finish and late-night departure. We check event loading and driver duty; we do not assume the venue provides bus parking.

ZAYED INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (AUH)

Pre-arranged complete-group airport transfer

For a group flying into or out of Abu Dhabi, share AUH flight details, terminal instructions, passenger/bag totals and required arrival time. Airport pickup privileges, operator permits and vehicle parking must be confirmed before acceptance.

SHARJAH AIRPORT (SHJ)

Group airport connection in reverse direction

A group arriving at SHJ and travelling onward to Abu Dhabi can request a reserved vehicle, subject to airport rules. Confirm the arrival terminal, meeting point and luggage; we do not quote SHJ taxi meters or public bus fares.

INDUSTRIAL / CORPORATE

Factory visits and staff rotations

Recurring Sharjah–Abu Dhabi employee changes and project-visit convoys need an approved site route, vehicle allocation and controlled stop schedule. We confirm working hours and permissions before quoting.

HOTELS / DELEGATIONS

Group luggage and coach accessibility

For guests travelling from a Sharjah hotel to an Abu Dhabi hotel or back, tell us passenger and suitcase counts and approved hotel bus-bay locations. The right vehicle may be bigger than the group seat count suggests.

08EXACT COST TREATMENT

Driver, Fuel, Tolls, Parking & Waiting for the Sharjah–Abu Dhabi Route

We will tell you what you are buying. A low vehicle-only headline can be very different from a long inter-emirate trip with driver, fuel, airport parking and a return. Your written quotation lists inclusions, exclusions and any extra conditions before confirmation.

PROFESSIONAL DRIVER

Chauffeur-operated group bus service

Private intercity coach, bus and staff-transport enquiries are quoted with an appropriate driver under the agreed scope. Eligible small self-drive van products, when available, are separate rentals and not this staffed transfer service.

FUEL / HIGHWAY DISTANCE

Return positioning and long duty matter

We confirm fuel inclusion in writing. Sharjah–Abu Dhabi mileage depends on the true endpoints, added stops and whether the vehicle returns without the group. A recurring route may have a monthly km limit.

DUBAI ROAD TOLLS

Salik only where the chosen route uses a toll gate

Many journeys between Sharjah and Abu Dhabi pass through Dubai’s highway network. If a chargeable Dubai toll route is used, we state whether Salik is included, excluded or billed separately. No toll is assumed for every itinerary.

ABU DHABI ROAD TOLLS

Darb charges when applicable

Abu Dhabi Darb tolls may apply at relevant bridge gates and chargeable periods. We quote the chosen route and how any applicable Darb fee is handled rather than adding a flat toll to every Sharjah–Abu Dhabi transfer.

PARKING / AIRPORT / VENUE

Stop, terminal and access fees

Airport arrival arrangements, hotel coach bays, event areas and industrial or free-zone gates can require fees, permission or designated parking. These are reviewed for the actual group and vehicle.

WAITING / OVERTIME

A full-day guide does not mean unlimited standby

Provide reporting and return times. Waiting for a conference, late shift changes, extra stops, driver overtime, an overnight stay or a second driver may affect the final price and availability.

VAT / BOOKING CHANGES

Agree the final amount and terms in writing

We identify applicable UAE VAT, payment schedule, cancellation terms, route changes and charges for extra movement. A homepage budget guide is not itself a confirmed binding Sharjah–Abu Dhabi offer.

09PERMITS / SAFE OPERATIONS

Bus Permits, Driver Requirements & Safe Stops in Both Emirates

Company buses crossing between Sharjah and Abu Dhabi need the right vehicle and operator arrangements for the purpose of the trip. Sharjah and Abu Dhabi have different passenger transport approval systems. We confirm the operator, licensed seats, insurance, driver entitlement and relevant permits before accepting the assignment.

SHARJAH SRTA

Licensed passenger transport by leased buses

Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority provides a permit service for passenger transport using leased buses. We check whether the Sharjah pickup and activity need company, driver and vehicle documents or route authorisation.

ABU DHABI ASATEEL

Commercial passenger-bus operating authorisation

Abu Dhabi Mobility explains that Asateel handles relevant company, vehicle and driver passenger-bus permits. The precise requirements depend on registered operation and approval, including conditions for buses from other emirates.

CONTRACT / PICKUP ROUTE

Agree staff-service movement in writing

Abu Dhabi passenger-bus rules address contracted leased-bus work and the route and passenger pickup/drop-off points. Give us signed trip or contract details when they are needed for the required approval before service begins.

BUS SEATS / DRIVER FITNESS

Safety and document checks

We check the selected vehicle’s licensed passenger capacity, insurance, driver licence category, operational suitability and access limitations. We will not promise every large coach can enter every hotel, factory or airport pickup bay.

AIRPORT PERMISSION

Terminal collection is conditional

Airport traffic controls and bus pickup authorisations are separate from an ordinary road journey. AUH and SHJ group pickups must be confirmed for the actual operator and bus before we promise a terminal collection.

10PRACTICAL VEHICLE CHOICE

How to Choose the Right Bus for This Longer Intercity Trip

Start with the largest number travelling together and the baggage carried on the longest leg. We will recommend the smallest comfortable, legally seated vehicle that can meet your timetable and access the pickup and destination.

UP TO 15 IN ONE GROUP

MPV or passenger van

An MPV or 12–15 seater van is useful for a small company team travelling together. Bags may reduce usable seats, so send the actual suitcase count before assuming a full passenger load.

18–30 IN ONE GROUP

Minibus or Coaster

For a staff training day or medium-size group, a booked Coaster can keep the team together. We confirm whether 22 or 30 actual licensed seats are available and whether the duty fits the driver schedule.

33–55 IN ONE GROUP

Mid-size bus or luxury coach

For large office parties, events or hotel-group work, compare a 33–35 seater with 40–49 or 49–55 seat touring coaches. Suitcases and time spent on the highway can make coach comfort important.

60–84 STAFF PER SHIFT

Dedicated high-capacity workforce bus

If your contract needs a 60–67 or 71–84 seater, we evaluate boarding count, shift windows, AC specification, highway suitability, operator approvals and backup plan. These are project quotes, not the same tariff as a luxury coach.

12SHARE THE ACTUAL ROUTE

How to Book Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi Group or Staff Transport

Tell us which direction you travel, every pickup/drop-off pin and the time your team must arrive. We will check the vehicle class, passenger count, access and applicable permissions, then prepare a written whole-vehicle quote for your approval.

01

Send the Sharjah and Abu Dhabi map pins

Include all camps, hotels, workplaces, site gates, event venues and airport terminal locations as applicable. Tell us where the first passenger boards.

02

Tell us passengers, bags, times and trip type

Give departure date, reporting deadline, seating needs, one-way or return schedule. For contracts add shifts, daily runs, working days, maximum staff per run, monthly mileage and contract duration.

03

Review the full written transport scope

Confirm the bus and driver, fuel treatment, VAT, tolls, waiting, parking, permits, backup if agreed and what changes will cost. We confirm service only after approval.

Please use the form for your route and business contact only; do not upload passports or personal employee identity documents in an open enquiry form.
13REAL ROUTE QUESTIONS

Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi Private Transport FAQs

These answers refer to a complete private bus or van booked for your company or organised group. They are not public-route bus timetables or prices for an individual passenger.

01Do you offer the entire bus from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi, or single seats?+

We quote an entire reserved van, minibus, bus or coach for your own staff or group. We do not sell individual seats, shared car-lift subscriptions or Route 117 public bus tickets.

02How much does a Sharjah to Abu Dhabi private bus cost?+

Our homepage inter-emirate day planning guides are AED 799–899 for the whole 12–15 seat van, AED 999–1,299 for an 18–30 seat minibus, AED 1,099–1,399 for a 33–35 seat bus and AED 1,499–2,500 for a luxury coach. These are broad whole-vehicle day references, not confirmed Sharjah–Abu Dhabi prices. Send your addresses and hours for a written route quote.

03What is the private 12–15 seater Sharjah to Abu Dhabi van price?+

AED 799–899 is the published homepage other-UAE-city/day benchmark for the entire 12–15 seater. A Sharjah–Abu Dhabi one-way, airport visit or long return duty is quoted separately and can cost differently.

04What is the 22–30 seat Coaster price on this route?+

The homepage whole-minibus intercity day reference is AED 999–1,299 for the 18–30-seat category. For this specific journey we confirm the actual minibus, service hours, road duty, waiting and final complete-vehicle price in writing.

05How much is a 50 seater private coach from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi?+

The homepage whole 40–50 seater coach other-UAE-city/day planning band is AED 1,499–2,500. This is not a fixed one-way Sharjah–Abu Dhabi amount. We quote the confirmed coach class, exact stops, luggage and driver duty.

06How far is Sharjah from Abu Dhabi by road?+

One reference journey from Sharjah Al Jubail to Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station is around 161 km by road. Your group route differs with the actual locations, including Hamriyah, Sajaa, KEZAD, Mussafah, Yas Island and AUH airport.

07How long does a private group bus take from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi?+

For initial planning, allow about 2–3 hours for many city-to-city journeys, and more for peak traffic, boarding stops or remote sites. Your actual time depends on addresses, road conditions, vehicle access and the agreed departure. We do not promise a fixed ETA.

08Is your group transfer the same as Route 117 public bus?+

No. Sharjah SRTA operates Route 117 as a public, ticketed intercity service with set bus stations and timetable. Royal Dream quotes a whole private vehicle for your group’s agreed pickup, drop and timing.

09Can the group travel from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah instead?+

Yes, request the reverse direction. The group, vehicle and driving/positioning pattern can differ, so we calculate Abu Dhabi → Sharjah separately rather than assuming the same rate.

10Can we arrange a one-way journey and no return?+

Yes. Tell us whether it is a direct transfer or includes extra boarding stops. We account for the bus’s operating and positioning duty and confirm one total whole-vehicle amount.

11Can we book a morning departure and evening return?+

Yes, if driver hours and vehicle availability allow. We quote both legs, waiting requirements and any separate positioning duty. An early outward trip and late evening return are not automatically priced as one simple transfer.

12Can we get monthly staff pickup and drop-off from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi?+

Yes, subject to route feasibility, operator permits and vehicle availability. Send staff per shift, first pickup and worksite gates, 5/6/7 working days, trip times, number of runs, contract duration and whether fuel is required.

13Can one 60–84 seat bus run several staff shifts?+

Possibly, but a long intercity round trip can occupy many hours. We must check exact shift spacing, driver rest, route traffic, approved seats and the need for more than one bus before committing.

14Do you pick up from Al Nahda, Rolla, Sajaa, Muwaileh or Hamriyah?+

We can assess group pickups in those Sharjah areas. The precise road access, safe boarding location and driving time must be confirmed for the bus size. Hamriyah or Sajaa can materially change the total mileage.

15Can you drop our staff at KEZAD or Mussafah?+

Yes, on a suitable and permitted contract. We need the exact project gate and any site passes or staff loading conditions. These destinations are far apart and cannot be treated as one generic Abu Dhabi stop.

16Can we travel to Yas Island or an Abu Dhabi exhibition venue?+

A private guest or company group may request a Yas Island, exhibition, conference or hotel trip. Tell us the event start and finish, your boarding points and where coaches are allowed to stop; we confirm venue access before agreeing.

17Do you offer AUH airport pickups for groups travelling to Sharjah?+

A complete-group airport transfer can be quoted subject to the actual vehicle, operator authorisation and terminal pickup rules. Send flight, luggage count, passenger numbers and collection time. We do not promise unapproved airport access.

18Do you collect from Sharjah Airport for Abu Dhabi destinations?+

For a pre-arranged whole group, request SHJ to Abu Dhabi with your flight and baggage details. Airport vehicle permissions, timing, airport parking and service scope must be checked before confirmation.

19Does your quotation include the driver and fuel?+

Our private buses and coaches are operated with a professional driver. Whether fuel is included depends on your written quotation. We separately state Salik/Darb where applicable, parking, permits, waiting, overtime and VAT treatment.

20Are Salik and Abu Dhabi Darb toll charges always payable?+

No. Applicable gates, vehicles, charge periods, exemptions and road selection matter. We confirm which route tolls are included or billed separately instead of inserting the same amount for every trip.

21Is a 15 seat van enough for 15 people with luggage?+

It may not be. The stated seating figure does not guarantee space for large suitcases. Tell us how many people, large bags and work tools are travelling so we can recommend a practical layout or larger bus.

22Are permits needed for our company staff bus?+

Private passenger-bus operations must meet applicable Sharjah SRTA and Abu Dhabi Mobility requirements for the actual operator, vehicle, driver, contract and route. We verify necessary approvals before service; a company trade licence alone is not a blanket permit.

23Can we rent the coach without its driver?+

The private bus, coach and recurring staff services on this page are quoted with driver. A separately eligible small passenger van without driver, if offered, is a different product and not this long-distance group-transfer service.

24What information should we send for a final Sharjah ↔ Abu Dhabi quote?+

Send both map pins, direction, trip date, pickup and required arrival times, return time if any, passengers per leg, suitcases, vehicle preference and any extra stops. For monthly staff work add shifts, days, total duty hours, km, driver lodging and contract term.
