For a temporary maintenance shutdown, construction crew or short project, you can ask for a daily or weekly staff vehicle with driver. The published daily and weekly numbers in this table are existing vehicle-class guides, not prices for a confirmed Mussafah–ICAD, KEZAD or Al Dhafra route. Send all required reporting runs, waiting hours, site stops and workdays so your short-term price includes the actual duty.
For recurring work, our homepage planning bands are AED 6,800–9,200 a month for 7–15 seat vans and AED 10,000–13,500 for 18–34 seat minibuses. We quote 35+ seat buses, including 60–67 and 71–84 seat staff/labour buses, individually. A one-shift, six-day Mussafah route is not the same scope as 24-hour operations, seven-day service or a long KEZAD-to-Al Dhafra movement. We price each after reviewing your timetable and fuel/driver arrangement.

The 7–15 and 18–34 monthly ranges follow the homepage; larger vehicle monthly rates are project quotes, avoiding unsupported fixed prices. The fleet daily/weekly values are not location-specific offers. Fuel, DARB or other applicable tolls, parking, permits, driver accommodation, additional shifts, overtime and 5% VAT are specified separately unless expressly included in the signed quotation. You need workers to reach the correct entrance at the correct time without guessing how many buses to assign. Give us your shift-by-shift headcount, accommodation pickup locations and worksite gate. We will propose the vehicle and route setup, then put the included duties and exclusions in one written quotation.
We quote a suitable van, minibus or staff/labour bus for your approved passenger list. Seating capacity means the authorised seats on the actual bus, not a headcount that can be exceeded.
Your service plan identifies boarding points, reporting time, shift-release time, daily number of runs and whether different teams share one vehicle.
A with-driver quote specifies driver coverage for the agreed duty. Long operating windows or night rotations may need relief drivers; we confirm this before price approval.

We identify each inclusion by name: vehicle, driver, fuel or fuel-excluded basis, normal service hours, planned round trips, route kilometres, maintenance and agreed breakdown response. Parking, tolls, permit fees, extra runs, driver accommodation, security passes and VAT are included only where the quotation states so.
A 23-seat minibus is helpful for a small factory shift, but it cannot replace a 67-seat bus when most of the crew reports together. Give us the highest number riding a single movement, AC requirements and any personal bags. Tell us the peak number of passengers on each trip, not the size of your total payroll. For example, a 120-person site might run two different shifts and use different buses, but 120 people all reporting at 07:00 need enough approved seats for the same arrival window. Add supervisors and relief personnel to the correct run before selecting a bus.
Staff and labour buses mainly provide seating, with little luggage space when full. Workers may carry personal bags, but oversized tools, cylinders, chemicals and commercial equipment are not covered by a normal passenger-bus quotation. Confirm any special access, safety or handling requirement separately.
The working calendar changes the vehicle and driver plan as much as the passenger count. Tell us whether you need one daily pickup and return, consecutive shifts, overlapping crew changes or around-the-clock coverage. We can assess short-duration project service as well as monthly and longer contracts.
Book a complete bus for a short job, shutdown or project mobilisation. Share exact site and camp pins, reporting times and number of travel days; do not treat a monthly rate divided by 30 as the daily cost.

Contracted project quotationYour quote is based on the real journey, not only the district name. A short accommodation-to-Mussafah route is different from a daily trip to KEZAD by Khalifa Port or a long journey to Ruwais. Send map pins for every pickup, exact industrial gate access, passenger numbers and return times.
We can assess planned movements between staff housing in Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ), Shabiya or Mafraq and work sites in Mussafah Industrial Area, ICAD and nearby warehouses. The pickup order must allow time for site screening and should not require unsafe boarding near industrial roads.
For longer contracts, we can review Al Samha, KEZAD/Khalifa Industrial Zone, Khalifa Port and project locations toward Al Ain, Habshan or Ruwais. These require a distance- and driver-duty-based offer; specialised security access or site approvals cannot be assumed.
Give the desired arrival time at the project gate, any security-check buffer, the first pickup time and the number boarding at each accommodation.
State whether the bus must wait on site, return to base, or cover another shift. Include actual release time, not only the official workday end.
If managers and site labour report at different gates or times, tell us. One mixed route is only practical when approved seating and timings allow it.

Before your monthly contract begins, we put operating costs on the quotation so your team knows what is covered. Do not assume a low advertised bus price includes fuel, DARB tolls, night duties, site passes, parking or an additional driver. We can price with-fuel and without-fuel arrangements when operationally suitable.
We quote licensed driver service for defined hours, runs and workdays. Extended or overlapping shifts may need a relief driver and additional cost.
Fuel inclusion is specified in writing. Route kilometres and approved adjustment terms may affect long-running contracts; we do not apply an automatic formula without agreement.
Abu Dhabi DARB charges and exemptions depend on the bus registration/category and actual crossing. The authority lists exemptions for eligible passenger buses of 26 seats or more; confirm eligibility rather than assuming every van is exempt.

Company, vehicle and driver approvals are checked under the applicable transport rules. Any statutory fees and 5% UAE VAT are handled as stated in the commercial offer.

A revised shift pattern, new camp location, increased route kilometres, a larger bus, an extra Sunday/public holiday duty, fuel changes under an agreed clause or new access requirements can change the monthly amount. Any adjustment should be mutually documented under the contract before billing changes.
Transporting a workforce is a regulated service, not simply giving a driver a route. We check the bus seating, driver’s licence category, insurance, roadworthiness and the permissions needed for the proposed operation. You should also identify the company coordinator who can approve a replacement vehicle or urgent change.
We confirm what happens if a bus is unavailable for maintenance or a breakdown, including the contact person, intended replacement capacity and site access. A backup vehicle must be suitable for the same passenger count and route. We do not promise a response time or permanent standby bus unless it is expressly agreed.
Abu Dhabi Mobility states that Asateel is used for commercial passenger-bus activity and offers company operating, passenger-bus vehicle and passenger-bus driver permits. Its published process also requires functioning approved on-board tracking devices for applicable vehicle permits. We check the exact company, driver and vehicle obligations before mobilisation, plus any separate site access or inter-emirate approvals.
