Event transport is priced by vehicle class, route, service window and number of movements. The rows below use the same Royal Dream pricing bands already published on the homepage, so the event page does not create a second tariff.

Current Royal Dream event-use guides start at AED 500–550 for 5 hours in the 7–10 seat class, AED 650–700 for 12–15 seats, AED 750–799 for 18–30 seats, AED 899–999 for 30–35 seats and AED 999–1,599 for the 40–50 seat coach band. Current 10-hour guides are AED 650–750, AED 750–800, AED 899–999, AED 999–1,399 and AED 1,199–1,999 respectively.
Repeated event shuttles, exhibition-series transport, hospitality programmes and recurring venue routes can be priced monthly or by written event series. The current Royal Dream monthly guide is AED 6,800–9,200 for 7–15 seat vans / MPVs and AED 10,000–13,500 for 18–34 seat minibuses. Large coach event contracts are project-based and depend on the event calendar, operating days, route, waiting, late finishes and fuel basis.
For a multi-vehicle event, each route and duty window should be priced correctly rather than multiplying one generic day rate. Venue parking, staging, Salik/tolls, airport movements, late-night release, overtime, permits/access and VAT are included or excluded exactly as stated in the written quotation.
Good event transport keeps guests moving in the right vehicle at the right time. We plan the vehicle mix, driver duties, pickup points, venue access and return waves before the event.
VIPs and speakers may use smaller executive vehicles while the main guest movement uses minibuses or coaches.
Each driver is assigned to the confirmed vehicle, route and operating window.

Event drivers need exact pickup maps, reporting times, venue loading instructions and a reliable on-day contact. If the programme changes, tell the operations team as early as possible because a later release or extra movement can affect driver duty and vehicle availability.
An event quotation should state the vehicle class, number of vehicles, driver, operating hours, routes, pickup hubs, waiting allowance, parking, Salik/tolls, access costs, overtime, VAT and any standby or dispatch requirement. Compare suppliers only after these items are aligned.

For events, count passengers by movement rather than only by total attendance. A 500-person event may need 50 people moved at one time, while another event may need several vehicles operating together. Send the maximum headcount for each departure wave.
Conferences and exhibitions may include suitcases, display items, production equipment or organiser materials. Hotel arrivals also add guest luggage. Tell us what travels with the passengers so the vehicle is not sized on seats alone.

Event shuttles can use hotel hubs, office points, parking areas and pre-agreed meeting locations. For every stop, send the expected passenger count and the time that group must reach the venue.
Royal Dream can quote event movements between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain where the operating setup is permitted. For return events, quote the complete driver duty, waiting and final release time rather than assuming the return costs the same as a simple one-way transfer.
Event schedules change. A quote should tell you what happens if the programme runs late, a coach waits at a venue or paid staging is required.

The written quotation tells you whether fuel is included for the confirmed event scope.
Hotel loops and repeated venue movements can cross toll gates several times, so route design matters.
Exhibitions, hotels, arenas and event venues may have paid parking, staging or designated bus bays.
If the event ends later than the agreed release time, extra vehicle and driver duty can apply.
Additional hotel runs, new stops or unscheduled trips should be approved before operation.
Managed event transport is normally with a professional driver because timing, staging and passenger coordination are part of the service. Without-driver rental is a separate option limited to selected eligible passenger vans and is not the normal solution for event shuttles or coaches.
Before confirmation, define the included service window, waiting allowance, final release time, venue parking, Salik/tolls and any standby requirement. For multi-day events, agree how next-day schedule changes are approved.
A transport delay can affect the whole event programme. Vehicle readiness, professional drivers, realistic capacity and a clear escalation path matter as much as the headline price.
For large, high-value or multi-day events, backup and replacement planning can be agreed before service. If a vehicle develops a major issue, the fastest practical replacement may be a different model but should meet the confirmed passenger and operating requirement.
Dubai RTA regulates passenger transport by rented buses and requires commercial vehicles to operate within the permitted framework, including professional driver and vehicle requirements. Company vehicles carrying passengers under the relevant activities require comprehensive insurance for registration, and passenger capacity must not exceed the permitted vehicle capacity. Venue-specific access, parking and staging rules are checked separately from transport permits.

Event programmes sometimes include airport arrivals before hotel or venue movements. Current RTA Naqel guidance states that bus-rental companies cannot pick passengers up from Dubai airports under the rented-bus arrangement; they may drop passengers at Dubai airports without that permit. Because airport rules differ by vehicle and operating model, we confirm the airport, direction of travel and legal setup before accepting an event-airport movement.
If the same event or hospitality shuttle repeats over several dates, send the event calendar, route, normal passenger count and operating window. For daily office/staff commuting rather than event-led movement, the Corporate Transport or Staff Transport service will be the better fit.
