Need a trial route or a fixed project lasting only a few days or weeks? We quote the actual vehicle, number of operating days, pickup and return movements and waiting time. A short-term duty is priced separately; we do not divide the monthly contract into an imaginary daily or per-passenger fare.
Start with your passenger count and one agreed pickup-to-work route. Confirm the return trip, operating days (for example five or six per week), shift reporting and release times, kilometres, number of stops, fuel inclusion, parking, Salik, any required permits and the start date. Additional vehicles, third shifts, split duties or cross-emirate journeys need a separate price.

We do not take single-passenger seat subscriptions, offer shared car-lift rides, or advertise a monthly taxi fare here. Vehicle-only rental, where available, is a separate fleet product.
A different pickup location, longer distance, additional staff, night shift, weekend service or more trips can change the cost. Agree the amendment in writing before the revised duty begins. Invoices follow the contract terms, not an automatically invented per-person price.
Daily staff transport needs a practical plan for the normal day and the day something changes. We confirm the bus configuration, driver requirement, pickup coordination and service-continuity arrangements for your route.
Your written agreement specifies how a breakdown or major maintenance issue is reported and what replacement-vehicle arrangement applies. A suitable replacement depends on actual capacity, location and availability; we do not promise an unverified instant response time.
Passenger transport is subject to the relevant UAE transport authority and route permissions. Dubai RTA publishes conditions for passengers transported by rented buses.
